Author has written 4 stories for Fullmetal Alchemist.
(v.): To be in balance; to be in harmony
Occupation: Student/Writer/General slacker/Closet geek
My writing is generally yaoi, and runs the full gambit from light and fluffy to really dark stuff that would never be posted here. My current obsession is the wonderful Fullmetal Alchemist, and, although I do dabble in other fandoms, that is where just about all my writing is right now. Within FMA I lean toward the Roy/Ed pairing, although I also do enjoy Elricest, Ling/Ed, and the occasional Russel/Ed. Other pairings are read on a case-by-case basis.
Other than FMA the anime that I most enjoy are Gravitation, Inuyasha, Full Metal Panic, GetBackers, Yami no Matsuei, Azumanga Daioh, Naruto, D.N.Angel, and probably a dozen more I can't think of off the top of my head. Years back I was initiated into the world of anime by Dragonball Z, and can still rattle off more random DBZ trivia thanmost 10-year-old boys if given half a chance.
I like to talk topeople, can be a lot of fun, and am a veritable treasure trove of random information; but I also can be very sarcastic, and take great joy in the ironic. Ifyou are offendedby me, my writing, or the fly buzzing against your window, you need to A) lighten up. B) don't read my stuff. or C)Roll up a newspaper and kill the bug already. Your choice.
I love getting comments, just try to keep them positive. If you notice any seriously glaring errors, then by all means, let me know. Any homophobic remarks will cause me to point and laugh at you repeatedly. No, really.
As a final note, if you ever make it to Manhattan, try to make it to the Atom Manga Café on 38 West 38th Street (between 5th and 6th ave), 3rd Floor. They don’t have a ton of selection of manga in English, but if you can read Japanese, it’s heaven. When they ask you where you heard about them, tell them it was from the white girl who showed up alone and dripping wet in the middle of a rainy night this past January, that they gave an umbrella to. The guy at the front desk nearly fell over when I walked in (I guess I don’t fall under the category of their normal customers), and I’m curious if they remember me. I'll have fun finding out myself when I go back East again this summer. But, seriously, you should go check it out. It's only like a couple bucks an hour to sit on comfy white couches drinking hot tea and reading manga. And they have one of those fun vibrating massage chairs if you're lucky enough to get it.
