Update 10/31/12: Hello, all! As of today I finally got an AO3 (Archive of our own) account. I will be moving all my work over to there and any new M-rated content will be archived there. I will also soon be removing any higher rated stories from ff.net until I can reupload editted versions of them here. Although I know I haven't updated any ongoing fics or produced anything new in quite a while the urge to write has come back again. If anyone is still interested in my work and following any not completed fics here, please go to AO3 for updates. My user name there is the same as here, LilyMoonsAlias. I hope to see you there, and thank you, as always, to anyone who takes the time to read my scribblings.
Update 9/11/12: Hi, my fellow writers and readers of fanfiction! Any rumors that I may have dropped off the face of the earth are highly exaggerated. _.
I've just been a very busy, much overworked and stressed out woman. After over 20 years (combining hubby 1 with hubby2) of marriage I've been living the single life. Single life with two teenage children and making ends meets with a single income household. Tough stuff, that.
Even though I haven't updated my WIP fics or written new ones for nearly three years...it always leaves me pleasantly surprised to see that there are people in the world who still read, follow, favorite and review these scribblings of mine. Now...if only my missing writers' muse would make a reappearance and boot me to something I used to take great pleasure in creating.
Not much to put here that I think anyone would be interested in reading. I'm a full-time nurse, divorced mother of two. I write as a form of stress release and also to create alternate endings and new scenarios to stories that I love well. Anime caught my eye a few years ago thanks to 'Adult Swim' and I've been hooked ever since, amassing a collection of DVDs that made my ex- husband scratch his head in puzzlement. Who's he to talk? He spends all evening playing "Battlefield 1942" online.
Age? Well, that's just irrelevant as I am as young as I feel and that changes on a daily basis./
In any case, here is where I put the stories I feel are fit for public viewing. Believe me, there's tons more that will never see the light of day. I save my rants for my livejournal lilymoon1, and I only respond to signed reviews. I would love to write back to unsigned reviews but I don't like adding all that into the story area.
Most of what I write is yaoi. If that is cause for some flames, all I can say is..if you really want to flame, go ahead, just be brave enough to do it in a signed review. Anonymous and unsigned criticism just give me a good laugh. I mean, come on, how can I take someone seriously if they are hiding?
Sometimes I can be really slow to respond to reviews. It's not that I don't appreciate them. I love every one of them, including the ones that contain concrit. Writers only get better if they are given the chance to fix mistakes.

Fellow writers...stealing someone else's work is wrong. We who write fanfic are required to put disclaimers on our fic stating that the original characters were not created by us and do not belong to us. That still does not make it acceptable for someone to steal our lovingly crafted pieces of work and call it their own. Even worse, after you at first deny what you have done, is to make up a barely plausible lie as an excuse.
