Appearance: 6'3" male with brown and ginger hair heterochromia, mostly in my beard. Hazel eyes. Slim build with broad shoulders that looks like it could easily gain muscle definition if I weren't lazy. A quote I like: "Being weak is nothing to be ashamed of... Staying weak is!!" - Fuegoleon Vermillion from Black Clover to Noelle Silva in the We Can Get Stronger episode. Things to know: I don't swear. Might rarely do lemons if I know no family is reading and it makes sense but I don't swear. Personal policy. I don't like to nerf Danny Phantom much. I mainly work on Danny Phantom crossovers because I quite like Danny Phantom although most of the works I am working on aren't yet published. Heyo readers and fellow writers! My (pen) name is KorevainsoLightshire or Korev for short, and I mentioned on my profile in the past that I would update this should I get more popular and now that I am a bit more so I decided to update my profile a bit. I'm an avid anime fan and have both watched and read many manga and anime, I have also found myself in the habit of automatically creating a Danny Phantom crossover in my head whenever I watch or read something new. I try to get double the enjoyment and experience of good shows and manga by watching an anime first and then reading the manga as a manga will almost always have new content when compared to an anime, although I have come across a good few which followed each-other pretty well. Which is why I also rather enjoy filler episodes, as I'm going to watch the show first then read for two different experiences anyways. I also learned that some anime and manga are completely different, such as is the case with Rosario Vampire, the manga had sooo much more plot. It was enjoyable. So yeeeaah, I've got a lot of ideas knocking around and a few/several written, most of which are unpublished. Sometimes I come up with multiple crossovers for multiple series such as one with DP x RWBY and another with Fairy Tail x RWBY but am usually too lazy to come up two different plots and as such have combined them to make one of my work in progress of a Danny Phantom x Fairy Tail x RWBY crossover, I don't think it's too bad actually (in my head). I write for fun and on whim, I started doing so for myself so that I could organize my thoughts and stop replaying the same fanfiction scene in my head over and over as well as to share my ideas in order to inspire others to write their own in the categories I make crossovers with. So I really don't mind if my ideas are copied or at least inspire others to write similar stories of their own, just let me know so that I can read them! That was the point of posting them here in the first place. I like my ideas but I know I'm not always going to be the best at executing them; same with real life as I plan to be an inventor/innovator that really wants to come up with ideas and fund them as I don't really know how to best do so myself. I also tend to write when I'm really annoyed by the few stories that are in a category or know that I can actually do better. Bad grammar can be really annoying to read or even just using the translator can cause things to make less sense and become annoying. I've had a lot of English course work hammered into me so I try to have proper basic grammar, although google certainly does help when I don't know how to properly spell something. I'm also a go with the flow kind of writer so a lot of what I write tends to be on the go with a few key points which I had thought of before writing those parts. I'm also my own beta reader as I read and re-read as I write. So all in all, please use my ideas, they are written to inspire others to write. Rather I'd be honored if the stories are well written. On that note, if you are on my profile because of one of my reviews to your own work. I understand that I can be a bit annoying at times or can be a bit pushy of my own views sometimes (I do respect others views as well just some things annoy me), but what I review I tend to see as honest or as constructive criticism so I won't really apologize unless I'm in the wrong. Although if it helps, most of the time I write a review in the first place because I'm interested in what your writing, that's where my criticism comes from, me seeing that you've got potential for something. I've got around 2000 fanfictions in my library, I usually comment on the ones I find interesting or with potential. So if my review came off as harsh I do apologize but I do mean it, I hope my words are taken into consideration. Well I have many fandoms/shows that I like however two of which I enjoy and tend to write multiple fanfiction about/of so far are Danny Phantom and RWBY (Also Fairy Tail and My Hero Academia but that's because of DP and RWBY). I like the hero arch-type, have never really understood why so many people like the villains and especially the crazy/psycho ones. I do not like antagonist-protagonist shows/stories. I like the character Jaune Arc from RWBY due to his vast amount of potential even if Rooster Teeth hasn't done the best job of executing it. I'm not blind to his faults nor do I see him as some super strategist, just a guy with a lot (almost limitless) potential for both writing and Remnant in different time-lines. I also like the hero-type even if he's not the absolute most pure person I've seen. On that note, I also refused to watch volume 7 of RWBY because of how the characters have changed. (*Cough* The haircut *Cough* *Shudder*) I also really like Ozpin, both as a character and for the most part as a person (I really hope he had some sort of safety measure for launching people off that cliff). It may have something to due with the fact that one of my dreams/ambitions is to research a way to halt the aging process for myself, in other words I want to be eternal so I tend to like other eternal/immortal characters; I also like wizards/mages. Also, I like how he can be childish still despite being older, it reminds me of myself and my own grandfather. Did you know that his mug is filled with hot chocolate and yet he treats it as such a mystery. I really think the guy gets too much bad rep from too many people, he's been fighting hopelessness for centuries if not millennia, I can understand why the guy kept his secrets; I'd probably have been similar to him as a person if I lived that long facing an impossible battle. And yet even though he had given up hope for two or three life-times at least he did eventually find his way back to keeping at least a bit of hope that the impossible won't be so impossible. They could've given Oscar's character more depth though. I theorize that the reason Ozpin's magic dwindles after every reincarnation is because he's using it to allow the two souls to remain separate enough to not completely merge/consume the souls he shares a body with, involuntarily at that, as long as he can; perhaps let the souls move on to the afterlife while he reincarnates to another body or completes the merge. Who knows for sure, not like RT gave many details on it. As you may or may not have noticed, I don't always agree with what a creator of a show says or does and will sometimes take things into my own hands, usually through fanfiction or theories. I can be a bit stubborn like that. Now there is an important thing to mention about my fanfictions with Danny Phantom. I really don't like Sam and usually will cast her in a bad light in my fanfictions (but I don't really see it too out of character) so don't ask for her pairing, you'll be denied. I would need to make another 2000-ish word essay to explain all her flaws, so I won't, because I don't want to. Another thing about crossover fanfictions. I find the purpose of a crossover in the first place is to change some things, which means just because I don't use a cannon pairing and instead opt for something centered around a crossover character doesn't mean I don't like the cannon pairings, just that I'm gonna have fun with a crossover. This is getting too long now so I'll cap it off here. hope you enjoy reading my stories, feel free to use the ideas for your own. Sorry, I don't have a schedule and can be pretty sporadic. PS. I don't own any of the cover images I use, they're all internet found images. |
