Author has written 9 stories for Harry Potter, and Grey's Anatomy.
So the name's Em. People who read my stories know that I like to start off with "so" a lot lol. Harry Potter is my obsession. This led to reading endless amounts of fanfiction on various sites... SIYE, Ginny Potter, Mugglenet FF, Harry Potter FF, and finally this site. Seriously, ENDLESS. AMOUNTS. Every story from K - M (lol). I've been watching Grey's Anatomy from the beginning and I always felt a little something for Meredith and Derek... but then the bomb episode came.
Episode 2x16, It's the End of the World. That was the episode that set my ships in stone. Something like that... So from then on I was a hardcore MerDer fan. My ships are below in this endless mess that I like to call words, lmao.
Episode 2x24, Damage Case. The day that I started to write my very first fanfiction for Grey's Anatomy. The story started off simple, and I have to say I'm embarrased to read some of the early chapters. I seriously cringe when I think that I used to think that was good writing... that I used to post that stuff and that I used to write it at all... simple, all of it. Not bad I guess, just... not my writing style today. And it's the early stuff, so of course I'm critical of it. Now I've branched out in that story, and I'm including all sorts of couplings. It's become more of a general fic. I'm writing in all characters, and I do mean all. Mer, Der, George, Izzie, Addie, Mark, Cristina, Burke, Callie, Bailey, Chief, Alex, and I'm even going to bring in the latest additions that include Colin Marlowe. Who knows, Dr. Erica Hahn may make an appearance. I've also used flashback scenes of Denny.
My latest story, Stolen, is a completely AU fic about Meredith and Derek in college. A bit strange since I'm not in college quite yet, but it lets them do SO much more than high school. HS fics tend to be a bit more innocent than college fics. I still love them, and I guess I could have been one of the first authors to make high school um... dirty. But I decided to stick with college.
And my one shot was written after 3x09, From a Whisper to a Scream. Love that name. This started out as a one shot, but a review recently got me to consider making it a doubleshot. I just need to figure out what I want to do.
Peter Pan and Jeremy Sumpter are my latest obsessions. I love love LOVE the 2003 version of the movie. Just ask my lovely SSS or anyone else that talks with me. I saw it on Thanksgiving day '07 and fell in complete love. JS and Rachel Hurd-Wood are completely amazing in the roles. The chemistry between them is astounding. I've always loved Peter and Wendy but they made me hardcore. I'm in denial land: Peter and Wendy got together and lived happily ever after, and Meredith and Derek will continue to grow together as a couple, letting no one else come in between them.
As you can see I like to ramble. Kudos if you actually bothered to read my endless droning.

MY GOLDEN RULES or A COUPLE OF THINGS
1. Just like any writer I love reviews. They can be as simple as you want them to be, but I do NOT accept flames. I say so in my stories. Oh my gosh, I had the most ridiculous review one time for my Grey's Anatomy story "YOU don't get to call me a whore." If you're a reader of mine, you know that I always say no flames. Well, this person decided to flame me BECAUSE I ASKED FOR NO FLAMES(!) and they stated that because I said no flames, that I must not want my writing to improve. I laugh hysterically everytime I think of it. Obviously this person does not know the difference between Constructive Criticism and Flaming. A flame can be "BOO YOU'RE A SUCKY ASS WRITER, YOU SHOULD NEVER WRITE AGAIN!" "I HATE YOU, GO TO HELL YOU MOTHERFKER!" etc. Constructive criticism is actually helping the writer. "I think you could do insert HERE better." "I love your story but you spelled THIS wrong." "How about instead of doing this, you do this next time instead?" etc. All I can say? It is an extremely sad, sad, day when readers and writers alike do not know the difference between constructive criticism and a flame, and they think that in order to give constructive criticism, it MUST be given in the form of a flame. Sad.
2. I absolutely HATE, HATE, HATE, when authors supposedly "update" with an authors note. Now don't get me wrong, it's fine to do it if you want them to know something like, you're going on vacation or your computer is broken so you're at an internet cafe but you're not going to be able to update, or something like that. However, I DON'T think that you should post an "update" saying "Ok, if I don't get any reviews for this story, I'm going to delete it!" because that's just wrong. Seriously, you should write because you love it. Not because you want to hear endless praise about yourself. If you wanna do that, go get a tape recorder and press play back.
MORE TO COME!
