Poll: There are some incredible stories on here at the minute which are original and different but then some are just what we have read in most stories. I am just interested to know what your fave type of Titanic fanfic is and what you would like to see more of. Any other ideas then let me know Vote Now!
Author has written 70 stories for Titanic.
I am inspired by the smallest things and ideas niggle at me until I write them. I like to look at different aspects of a story, a lot of 'what ifs' and try to put them in a story. I am confident, weird and little bit naive. I act on impulse so sometimes I write something which is amazing and then the next day I will read over it and go ''What the hell!'' but that is what I like to include in my writing.
I delve into my own past experiences and heartbreak and try to put that into some of the stories and when you read it back you sort of realise just how much you can relate that to different aspects of Jack and Rose.
I always write down how I feel in an intense moment such as when I am feeling down or hurt and then I keep the paper look at it the next day and realise just how much I could use it in my stories.
I have only ever written Titanic stories and think I only ever will. I have done other small bits and bobs mostly when I was younger but only now have I come to appreciate just how great the movie is. You can delve into it in so many ways and I love to explore the endless avenues. Of course the story of Jack and Rose is so beautiful! I feel like I know the characters inside out and like to put them into different situations.
My stories have all been written between 2005 and now. Ten bloody years! I write every week and set time away to make sure I do some writing otherwise I would go insane. There is a collection of everything: short stories, prequel, sequels and lots of one shots.
I have recently managed to rack up my 60th story. I have no idea how I have even got to this point. That's a lot of stories! But I am so so proud of them all and I will continue writing until my fingers stop typing.
I am currently writing three continuing stories - which is a first for me - so please be patient with me :-)
