Right, so finally got Last Man Standing done. Now onto book 3 of Kane's adventures. This is shaping up to be a 5-part series, and hopefully books 3-5 will be pumped out in the next year or two. And yes I realize that they are entirely out of chronological order. That's what happens when your create a character in the late stages of his career and then delve into his history.
The Specter story is currently on hold. I am a lot further along in the story than I have posted, but I will probably only update it every once in a while because the 40k stories are honestly more interesting for me. And I've got a couple friends I am specifically writing them for. As stated before, I can be easily distracted from my writing, so if you want to see me knock this stuff out consistently then I would appreciate constructive reviews. They not only make me happy, but they remind me to start typing again. Also, I am looking into this magical writing concept known as "beta-reading." If you're interested, specifically for Purified by Cold-Fire, PM me or let me know in a review.
Also, Purified by Cold-Fire has been dropped down to a "T" rating. Thank you guys that reviewed and brought the idea up. I considered it and feel that I can leave it at "T" without compromising the story.
Final thought. As it is planned out now, this is the chronology of the Kane Saga organized by:
X) Title (Notes)- Description.
1) Hold the Line (Working Title)- The battle for Warsaw
2) Purified by Cold-Fire- the Exterminatus of Flostak
3) Guardian (Working Title)- Planet XW-777
4) Last Man Standing- The hunt for Shechem
5) Purified by Cold-Fire- the trial
6) Report (will be rewritten to avoid retcon)- The Uthreme incident
Final Note: The contest to guess Seeker's identity in That Which Is Forbidden has been won. Congrats to Lord Asmodeus for nailing it.
