Hello to all who see this for I am Lonely Ghost666 although I wish I could have been just Lonely Ghost I'm a guy by the way.
I've been doing this for a while now but still have much to learn. I feel great though since I've received reviews. To me a story is like a baby, and every chapter is more to it's growth. But to grow you need nutrients which are reviews. I'm probably a little demanding there but reviews let me know people are reading and interested in a story so if I don't receive any reviews I quit a story. I know that's selfish of me but we all have flaws.
I'd like to thank people such as OrangeSphere, or Orange as I like to call her, for being some of the most supportive people here, always lifting my spirit with their reviews and advice.
I'm not a perfect person at this, I know. That's why I would accept, no, demand anything that can make me better as an author. That might have been a little aggressive but I want to make people enjoy my stories, and I can't do that if I don't improve. At the same time, I'm willing to help anyone I can.
I've been asked to make statements when I enter a hiatus and such. Quite frankly, I haven't been able to work some of my stories out. My interest in the story fluctuates and I can't work on something I can't get interested in. As such, I have a tendency to start and terminate stories. Once more, a flaw I have to work out, but basically I may start a story that holds some interest to me at the time, and if its interest doesn't carry over, I'll eliminate it.
I do want to regretfully state that Dueling Unlimited is a dead story. I had some fun writing it and I know a few people did enjoy it, but I allowed too many things influence the story in order to appeal to people so I could get readers and reviews and at this point it's become clear to me that I shouldn't have done that. In certain instances it might be alright to allow another individual to affect a story through certain actions and such, but letting it happen too much sort of takes it out of your hands.
My plans at this time, which would be Summer of 2013, is to start working on making stories again and trying to keep my interest in them. I can only hope I'm a better author since my last attempts and won't just quit things while I'm at it.
