![]() Author has written 31 stories for Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, StarTrek: Deep Space Nine, Fallout, Witcher, Just Cause, Leverage, X-overs, Law and Order: SVU, Heroes of the Storm, Shrek, Doctor Strange, Magic: The Gathering, and John Wick. I write things on the internet. You can also find my work at Ao3 under this username, though more and more of my older works have been brought over here by this point. April 2021 Update - Not Dead: Y'all ever tired writing with a broken hand? I don't advise it. Suffice it to say, I'm slowly getting back into the swing of things, but it will be a while before everything gets updated. Expect new chapters before long, but I'm not going to push things. Some of you have reached out, and I thank you for your concern. All is well, or it will be, and I'm abandoning nothing. FYI. Update Schedule: None to speak of. None of my works are abandoned, but the time I have available to write is less now than in the past. I'm keeping things moving as best I can, but do remember that this is a hobby for me - and the day it becomes a task or a chore is the day I step back. Not that there's much chance of that. I've got several ideas for medium length stories once Who Dares Wins hits it's finale, because having two long stories in process at once has been a mess. So, suffice to say, I'll be around for a while. Current Ongoing Works: Who Dares Wins: A meditation on DZ2's Prodigal Son Challenge. Twins, military tactics, politics, and some of my favorite OCs. Harry/Susan. Harry Potter, Et Al, and the Keystone Council: Ongoing Multiple Universe story featuring three Harry Potters, a female Harry Potter named Rose, and a twin sister Marigold, each in their own world. Beginning of Year Three. The Prisoners' Tale: At present, one of the few (if not only) HP/Nagini fics on ffn. Updates are infrequent. Pollux and the Enchantress: A George/Astoria crossover with the John Wick universe. Aiming for 5 chapters. Harry Potter and the Scion of Urza: Karn the Silver Golem from Magic:The Gathering wakes up in Gringotts during the Horcrux heist in Deathly Hallows. Targeting five chapters, encompassing the Battle of Hogwarts. The Phoenix Grimoire: A collection of one-shots focused on batshit insane spell ideas, told in a loose AU and featuring Hermione, Luna, and Astoria. Upcoming Works: The Reiper Contingency: FBC Director of Research Emily Pope stared at the official portrait that had started to appear in the Oldest House. The intense stare of the bald man, in his black suit, standing beside an American Flag. She hated having unanswered questions, and now she had two. Who was Tobias Reiper? And how the hell did he become Interim Director? (A Hitman/Control crossover that couldn't get out of my head - and a helpful writing exercise as I rehabbed my hand. Posting in the Fall, at this rate.) A note on terms: I, as many of us do, have friends and colleagues who use screen readers. So, in my writing, here and elsewhere, I will frequently replace abbreviations with their full form. I tire of "Mr. Potter" being rendered as the end of a sentence, coming out like "Mister...Potter", for example. And don't get me started on "St. Mungo's" becoming "Street Mungo's". So, if you're wondering why you find a lot of "Mister Potter" and "Saint Mungo's" in my Harry Potter works, this is why. An omake in one act: “Quirinus?” asked Flitwick, as they entered the DADA professor's office. “Mister Potter has a question for you, about an assignment.” Quirrell looked at the first year. “Yes, M-mister P-p-potter?” Harry walked over to the professor, conjured rags in hand. “Does this smell like chloroform, sir?” |
