Author has written 5 stories for Van Helsing, Legend of Zelda, and Bleach.
When I created my alias, Hadasah, I was in a phase of being passionately enthralled with the traditional ‘Esther’ story and found the character’s Hebrew name too beautiful to pass up. Even if I no longer believe in religion, I still find the name striking, if not the intent of the story behind it.
Location: Canada! (I’d like to let you all know that I eat raw seal and live in an igloo.)
Gender : Female
Age: Legal. (Old. I'm secretly a ninety year old woman who can't steal enough of her husband's Viagra to get off so I come on here to finish the job. ^_^)
Height : 5' 6"
Appearance: Stretched ears (I've since taken out my plugs and am currently waiting to get the reconstructive operation to assist in my career UPDATE 8/4/11: Plastic Surgeon assessment in May bitchezz), facial piercings (should I take out my two nose studs and my eyebrow ring for school?), green with effen dumb gold rings in the middle eyes, dark brown hair, piano playing hands (I can teach so I’m fairly competent).
Orientation: Lesbian (If you have a problem, go elsewhere. I’m sure some hetero author will kindly indulge your close-minded whims. Unfortunately, I will not.)
Impetus to Write: Very strange dreams- or fantasies. Also watching movies or playing games where I feel the ending is just entirely inadequate, or when two or more characters just reek of unfulfilled sexual tension. I mean, come on- indulge them for pity’s sake. The original writers blue balled them so it’s up to us ff writers to get it right. Plus, the beauty of fanfiction is that it will never happen. That's why we do it. Or, at least, why I do it. It has nothing to do with someone else's opinion. I write because I write and it makes me happy and gives me the best damn catharsis I can get anywhere. So- why not? Possibly the most irritating thing to find on a site like this is people who criticize others for writing. None of us are published- not all of us intend to be famous, not everyone is a grammar nazi, not everyone spells perfectly; it's ALRIGHT.
I would love to hear from any fans or reviewers, but if you're going to peruse my writing, don't disregard it just because you don't like or agree with it. There are different categories for this exact purpose so one can always find something suited to one’s taste.
It ruins Fanfiction readers’ happiness and starves growing authors of support and helpful criticism if someone is reading genres they hate only to complain about them.
I have one last note for dissatisfied readers; my stories may NOT be in the godly form of published writing and it may not conform to a reader’s ideal story/plot/relationship/world/theme, but that does not in any way give anyone the right to slander it merely in cruel self satisfaction. If you have constructive, honest criticism, I welcome advice on how I can improve my skills. Everyone has room for improvement, and I am not exempt.
Stories I am currently at work on... and stories in which I have hit a more than annoying writer's block... GR.
1. Love on the Dance Floor (currently on Hiatus =( I loathe myself for this too...)
A sexy drama about a dancer with commitment issues, who finds herself enthralled with the infamous Count Dracula, who has big plans for her. As does the rest of the undead world.
4. Sareesa: The Fourth Bride (Hiatus...)
Fourth bride of Dracula, none of the brides are Marishka/Aleera/Verona, I've made an entirely new cast, with the exception of the ever sexy... er.. stoic, Count Dracula.
Sareesa is the ignored bride or rather, the chosen outcast in her little family. Refusing to remain a slave to Dracula's will, she takes up with a deadly outsider, who proves to be more of an enemy than she, or her sire, could possibly imagine.
5. Fatal Price (Hiatus... You get the point now don't you...)
DAMN IT THIS STORY IS SO GOOD IN MY HEAD CURSE YOU WRITER'S BLOCK. .. damn you to a pus spewing hell. -hiss-
*I've removed it from ffnet to undergo severe reno. No date set for reposting currently.*
Katara, Aang, Toph, Sokka, all on their never-ending journey to defeat the firelord. Only, now, Ozai is no longer ruler of the Fire nation. Zuko has taken up the mantle of ruler. And with his previous experience with his foes, the battle is only going to get worse.
6. If You Ever Die (My favourite)
I love this one shot. Honestly, I feel like it is the best I've ever written because of the story but I feel so iffy about it because it's my first ever yaoi lemon. -blush- PLUS it's a drabble that I felt I should have spent way more time on developing, finessing, tweaking...etc.
Dark Link takes a moment during Link's toils in the Spirit Temple to think back on how they got to the point they're at, and remembers just why he loves and fears for Link as much as he does. Being the former servant of Ganondorf, he is unsure as to his position in Link's campaign to end the Evil King's reign and life, and whether or not he is just a pawn in Ganon's plans for world domination.
SEQUEL IN PROGRESS. (UPDATE 8/4/11: Slow...turtle like progress...)
7. Coming of Age
This is my close second for favourite story of mine. I posted it this summer and feel HORRENDOUS about the lack of continuity but I'm still chipping away on the third chapter. (UPDATE 8 /4/11: 3/4's of the way through!)
For Ichigo's eighteenth birthday, Rukia has planned him a shinigami style 'coming of age' party. With the man he secretly wants attending along with all of his scheming friends- nothing could go wrong... right?
WRONG. Rukia Kuchiki to the commanding seat!
So in other words, for Justin to live here with you, he has to deny who he is... what he thinks... and how he feels. Well, that's not love. That's hate. ~ Brian Kinney (Queer as Folk)
Why tell anyone? Why lose everything when it can just be your little secret? You see, it was different for me. Everyone could tell who I was from the start and it didn't make my life any easier. I've been beaten up, cursed at, spit on, ignored... but in a way it was worth it. Because I have never had to live a lie and I'm not about to start now. Not for you, not for anyone. ~ Emmett Honeycutt (Queer as Folk)
Brian: We're queer. We don't need marriage. We don't need the sanction of dickless politicians and pederast priests. We fuck who we want to, when we want to. That is our God-given right.
I know about art and love, if only because I long for it with every fiber of my being. ~ Toulouse (Moulin Rouge)
God's a kid with an ant farm, lady. He's not planning anything. ~ John Constantine (Constantine)
I'm no lunatic man. I'm a sane man fighting for his soul. ~ Renfield (Bram Stoker's Dracula)
Do you believe in destiny? That even the powers of time can be altered for a single purpose? That the luckiest man who walks on this earth is the one who finds... true love? ~ Dracula (Bram Stoker's Dracula)
I have crossed oceans of time to find you. ~ Dracula (Bram Stoker's Dracula)
I love you too much to condemn you. ~ Dracula (Bram Stoker's Dracula)
There is much to be learned from beasts. ~ Dracula (Bram Stoker's Dracula)
Riki, do you know what 'Ai no Kusabi' is? It is something that strongly links two opposites together, like you and Iason. I suppose people could call it love. ~ Katze (Ai No Kusabi)
I'll give you only one year of freedom. Go, and make certain with your eyes, with your body, that you are already a stranger there, and return. I...will merely wait. Until that moment in which you truly become mine. ~ Iason (Ai No Kusabi)
It is a curious thing, Harry, but perhaps those who are best suited to power are those who have never sought it. Those who, like you, have leadership thrust upon them, and take up the mantle because they must, and find to their own surprise that they wear it well. ~ Dumbledore (The Deathly Hallows)
Do not pity the dead, Harry, pity the living. Above all, pity those who live without love. By returning you may ensure that fewer souls are maimed and fewer families are torn apart. If that seems to you a worthy goal, then we say goodbye for the present. ~ Dumbledore (The Deathly Hallows)
Numbing the pain for a while will make it worse when you finally feel it. ~ Dumbledore (The Goblet of Fire)
You're waiting for a train; a train that will take you far away. You know where you hope this train will take you, but you can't be sure. But it doesn't matter - because we'll be together. ~ Cobb (Inception)
She locked away a secret, deep inside herself, something she once knew to be true... but chose to forget. ~ Cobb (Inception)
Dare you take a leap of faith? Or become an old man, filled with regret, waiting to die alone. ~ Saito (Inception)
Look at you. You're just a shade, a shade of my real wife. How could I capture all your beauty, your complexity, your perfection, your imperfection, in a dream? Yes, you're the best that I can do. But, I'm sorry, you're just not good enough. ~ Cobb (Inception)
Ariadne: Why is it so important to dream?
We have reached a verdict, your honor. This man's heart is deficient. He loves, but his love is worth nothing. ~ Prior Walter (Angels in America)
I don't understand why I'm not dead. When your heart breaks, you should die. ~ Harper Pitt (Angels in America)
My whole life has conspired to bring me to this place, and I can't despise my whole life. I think I believed that when I met you, I could save you. You, at least, if not myself. ~ Joe Pitt (Angels in America)
Harper Pitt: Oh. In my church, we don't believe in homosexuals.
That ludicrous spectacle in there. Just a parody of the funeral of someone who really counted. We don't. Faggots. We're just a bad dream the real world is having. And the real world's waking up. ~ Prior Walter (Angels in America)
I hate America, Louis. I hate this country. Nothing but a bunch of big ideas and stories and people dying, and then people like you. The white cracker who wrote the National Anthem knew what he was doing. He set the word free to a note so high nobody could reach it. That was deliberate. ~ Belize (Angels in America)
Like all labels they tell you one thing, and one thing only: Where does an individual so identified fit into the food chain, the pecking order? Not ideology or sexual taste, but something much simpler: clout. Not who I fuck or who fucks me, but who will come to the phone when I call, who owes me favors. This is what a label refers to. Now to someone who does not understand this, a homosexual is what I am because I have sex with men, but really this is wrong. A homosexual is somebody who, in 15 years of trying cannot get a pissant anit-discrimination bill through the city council. A homosexual is somebody who knows nobody and who nobody knows. Who has zero clout. Does this sound like me Henry? ~ Roy Cohn (Angels in America)
This disease will be the end of many of us, but not nearly all. And the dead will be commemorated, and we'll struggle on with the living, and we are not going away. We won't die secret deaths anymore. The world only spins forward. We will be citizens. The time has come. ~ Prior Walter (Angels in America)
But still. Still bless me anyway. I want more life. I can't help myself. I do. I've lived through such terrible times and there are people who live through much worse. But you see them living anyway. When they're more spirit than body, more sores than skin, when they're burned and in agony, when flies lay eggs in the corners of the eyes of their children - they live. Death usually has to take life away. I don't know if that's just the animal. I don't know if it's not braver to die, but I recognize the habit; the addiction to being alive. So we live past hope. If I can find hope anywhere, that's it, that's the best I can do. It's so much not enough. It's so inadequate. But still bless me anyway. I want more life. And if [God] comes back, take him to court. He walked out on us, he oughta pay. ~ Prior Walter (Angels in America)
Life is full of horror; nobody escapes, nobody; save yourself. Whatever pulls on you, whatever needs from you, threatens you. Don't be afraid; people are so afraid; don't be afraid to live in the raw wind, naked, alone... Learn at least this: What you are capable of. Let nothing stand in your way. ~ Roy Cohn (Angels in America)
