I believe everything happens for a reason. People change so you can learn to let go. Things go wrong so that you can appreciate them when they're right. You believe lies so that you will eventually learn to trust no one, but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.
How long before the friends you held dear and the people who changed your lives become little more than a fading memory?
Hi, Yorkie here. I'm not on much anymore. Tis a shame. I used to write humor, but I'm pretty sure I'm done with that now, sadly. I've changed. A lot. Now I'm writing fics that explore the relationship between Elphaba and Glinda, for the most part. It's fascinating, if you think about it. I mean, they were best friends... sisters almost. So why couldn't Glinda know Elphaba hadn't really died? If she was a good enough actress to pretend that she didn't know Elphaba during the celebrations of her death when they were actually best friends, couldn't she be a good enough actress to pretend like Elphaba wasn't alive? It seems like there is something we're missing here. Elphaba wouldn't want to give up the only person in the world she trusted... unless there was a good reason. A very, very good reason.
What is this reason? I'm working on it. There's so much we're missing there...
