Author has written 21 stories for Power Rangers, Gilmore Girls, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Trinity Blood, TV X-overs, iCarly, and Beauty and the Beast.
Ok. I admit it. I *was* the one who made sure that the Trinity Blood anime had one of those "...and we will continue to fight" endings. And I killed the idea of Esther and Abel ever hooking officially on the anime or elsewhere. I have supported Abel for Pope, I have researched Japanese characters in order to understand background signs in the manga, and I have generally given up on my obsession with Power Rangers to become obsessed with Trinity Blood until I've exhausted what I want to write there. Maybe someday I'll go back to my Power Ranger roots, but right now, there's too much in the works for Trinity Blood.
Who am I? I am James Austin Valiant, a clever combination of Handsome Jimmy Valiant and Austin Idol from the wrestling's yesteryear. I seem to have some sort of draw to entertainment that features people in spandex fake-fighting each other...and that's Power Rangers and wrestling. However, you'll notice that my writing tastes run wild - there's mostly Power Rangers, but hey lookee - not only is there Trinity Blood, but Gilmore Girls (my most read stuf) and Nightmare on Elm Street. Talk about your branching out.
I'm a firm believer in the authority of the ruling class, especially since I rule. It's so fashionable to take a shot at Jay Leno these days...the guy comes up with new material every single night, and he's charming! Speaking of charm, my money was on Freddy to win in Freddy vs Jason - never expected such an ending, but the movie is still a classic. I write, I teach, I work, I live, I play the drums and draw...but I'd much rather keep writing. Especially for all you wonderful people. Oh, and I don't like the Phantom Ranger. I was never a big fan of shady people.
