Author has written 11 stories for Harry Potter. Feb 08 - Anyone who's been reading my stories will have noticed that my updates have become increasingly further apart recently. I really do apologise for that but time has not been working on my side at the moment. In the odd chance that you read this - due to all the committments I have at the moment I am taking an indefinite break from fanfiction entirely. If you've been following my stories I really am sorry but I will hopefully be back at some stage and at least I don't feel as bad as I would if my stories were more popular. Thanks so much for all the supportive reviews I've recieved from all of my stories, you have no idea how much they mean to me! xo Hi, I'm Daisy. I'm a true Marauder era fan and Lily/James fics are the only ones I will read or write. I truly enjoy writing more than I ever thought I would. It's wonderful escapism for the things real life doesn't let you express without judgement. There are so many extremely talented writers on this site which I will never hope to be as good as but I write stories anyway, and hopefully there will even be a few people out there who will enjoy them. I love reviews but I think every writer does. I love to know when people like my writing so please leave a review and you can guarantee I'll be grinning as I read it. Personally I think flaming is pointless and only makes the writer feel like crap. If you don't like a story then don't review, if you do then leave one. That's my philosophy anyway but no one says you have to listen to me. However, constructive criticism is useful but try and keep it constructive and not nasty. I do review almost every fic I read with the exceptions of ones I do not like, in which case I don't. I'm hoping for a bit of a 'what goes around, comes around', in otherwords that was another not so subtle hint to review. They make my day. I'm also a very picky reader, so if I leave you a praising review, you know that I mean it. I'm an honest person, I will not write something I don't believe or think. |
