Author has written 47 stories for Phantom of the Opera, Star Wars, Pirates of the Caribbean, A Wrinkle in Time Trilogy, Matrix, and Doctor Who.
Welcome! Whether by luck or happenstance you've found the page of the Phantom Jedi, occasionally known as the "Fan of a Dozen Worlds" and more often as...come now, if fantasy has taught you anything, it's that an intelligent person never reveals their true name, especially to strangers. I don't write very much any more, sadly, but I do still read voraciously.
My most recent fandom is the modern!Whoverse. I started with the Ninth Doctor and have been happily following the Twelfth's adventures in real-time, a rarity for me. The nerd side of me is absurdly proud to say I was at one of the 11/23/13 simulcast showings of "The Day of the Doctor"...and in full Tenth Doctor costume to boot. I'm not really planning to read or write much for this one since it's a 'live' universe, but who knows? (smirks)
I dabble in mainstream anime and adore anything made by Miyazaki. During one summer, I watched the entirety of InuYasha in two weeks, but haven't gotten back to finish out Final Act. Something I really ought to get back into...
The Marvel cinematic universe is a favorite of mine and has been my way to dip my toes into the vast (and vastly strange) world of superheros. Loki is probably the most interesting character so far, but Captain America is my favorite Avenger. No contest.
Also? I'm a huge TRON nerd - being a computer technician I do indeed fight for the users, though not with discs. Usually.
Star Wars was one of my original fandoms
Lastly, I still know and can more-or-less sing every part in ALW's Phantom of the Opera. The musical, that is - not the movie.
Running is what happened when I needed a break from my Rabbit Hole Day story for 2015 and is so far my only foray into writing for Doctor Who. I tried to write it in such a way that it could have been practically any of the modern Doctors, but I did have Tennant's Doctor in mind (just worked better than Eccelston's Doctor, my original plan).
Legends - Song of Sand is written in the same storytelling style as "The Dark Lord and the Angel" or "The Queen and the Monster" but is otherwise unrelated. Star Wars is a universe where every minor character has a story, but there isn't much in the way of myths or legends, really. So I wrote one for Tatooine, an origin story of sorts that loosely borrows from the canon about the Infinite Empire.
Home : Space is the same sort of thing as the rest, but with Han not too long after Sernpidal. Don't know how canon it is (doesn't matter anymore) but that's okay. Not as good as Sand or Lakes, in my opinion, but the muses were insistent.
Home : Sand is in the same style as Home : Lakes, but with Luke. After finally reading Apocalyse, it fits the end of Fate of the Jedi much better than even I had thought possible. Probably the best thing I've managed to write so far.
All other projects posted here have been discontinued or put in long term stasis via carbonite. Some might get thawed someday, but don't hold your breath and don't blink.
