Author has written 12 stories for Cartoon X-overs, Bionicle, Batman, Garfield, Teen Titans, Sonic the Hedgehog, My Little Pony, Hunger Games, Adventure Time with Finn and Jake, Hellblazer, and Gravity Falls. 21/12/22: On the off-chance anyone reads this, I'm a) writing again and b) uploading my old stories to AO3. My nickname is lkmk. 03/19/15: Don't ever say you'll come back, because you never will. My father does business in Uganda and a lot of his clients say "I will come back!" Do they ever? No. "Are you sure?" my dad asks. No. So it's best to say I am not explicitly writing again, only that I have an idea or two in mind which may well be put to paper. (I have two university acceptances now. Which is good. But school is still a looming factor.) "Why are you still here?" "I'm just getting ready." "Well, you seem to be taking your time." "It is my time to take, now isn't it?" Story Updates Titanic Destiny: Man, I put this off too long. With the reboot being rolled out, I am not much invested in the old storyline, ESPECIALLY with Greg's throwing out of his shitty plot scraps. And putting Lewa into the Titans episodes only resulted in a self-insert fantasy, anyway. I could never have gone through the entire series like that. However. We have now been given a clean, and potentially interesting, slate, to work with. I like where things are going this summer, with Ekimu and the Skull Warriors. With a few more morsels of media (books, perhaps???), I could revamp what I have so far and make a decent story out of it. Think of it! Starfire and the Gordanians in the ancient city, fighting the Toa, searching for Ekimu's tomb and the Mask of Creation? Masters and Titans side by side, taking down crime? A great narrator?? "I didn't slip"-tier humour??? This could go somewhere!!! The Batman Games: This will go on adoption. Not much interest in continuing. Northwest of Weird: To be continued! I have the story planned out and need to begin writing again. I watched a few Gravity Falls episodes on a plane, so I feel like I have more of a grasp on the setting and characters. All of the episodes were from Season 1, so I'm not familiar with new developments like Stan's past, Robbie/Tambry, and the Society of the Blind Eye, and how (or if) to work them into the story, etcetera, etcetera. Might as well discard them for now, and work them into a sequel. We'll see! The Titans Go to Sydney: Eh. Soliloquy of the Six: Not happening. (Possibly) Upcoming Stories The Callaghan Case: The World Robotics Exposition is going great - at least, until it's ravaged by fire! Tintin suspects there's more to say than "just a tragic accident", and when Calculus becomes a suspect, Tintin, Captain Haddock, and a group of ingenious nerds must work together to clear the Professor's name, retrieve the innovative "microbots", and uncover what - or who - killed Tadashi Hamada. The Forever Man: On a walk through the gardens of Château de Moulinsart, Tintin is witness to a murder - and then he isn't. Strange crimes are occurring in the area, with no one to pin them to, and they are ramping up in intensity. It's up to our intrepid reporter to put things right - and while he's at it, can he figure out what the deal is with Mr. Henry Morgan, and why exactly... he isn't dead??? MIB/Teen Titans: The Teen Titans were started when four kids and an alien defeated the Gordanians, and decided to stick together for a while. What if the alien threat was neutralized... and Robin, Beast Boy, and Cyborg were neuralyzed??? How will the show progress? Tintin and the Titans: Tintin is hot on the trail of a recently departed Robin. Haddock notices a shooting star. As fate would have it, it's exactly like the one he helped Tintin find in the Arctic... except this one is green, and has an angry alien inside! Thankfully, she's all but a gem - except she's brought along worse... and if the Captain wants to keep his whisky-drinking self alive, he'll have to put these lizards what for. If that elf-eared boy can do it, why can't he? King Mumbo: an adventure time/teen titans crossover that intends to try and explain, using connections and theories, one of the biggest mysteries of the AT canon: how the fuck was simon infected? and how was mumbo jumbo involved??? Nah. titans of harmony: an MLP/teen titans crossover. basically an inverse of tatsurou-san's my little titan in that it's the mane 6 spike taking over the titans' bodies instead of the other way around No. (I haven't watched FiM in eons!) the phantom of crystal cove: a danny phantom/scooby doo: mystery inc. crossover i've no idea why a full-blown one hasn't been written yet I watched a Mystery Inc. episode adjacent to the GF ones. It held my interest, but I don't really like the overarching plot, and especially not the forced character development. (The episode was an early one as well, though.) Just a crack idea for now, I guess? an alternate ending to don't touch that dial because it seemed like that story could've gone in an entirely different direction An interesting idea. I don't know. Maybe. The idea of having Starfire act like Raven while also... looking like Raven, while also... not being Raven, and vice versa, is still very intriguing. I'm also fond of how Teen Titans Go! has incorporated romance. robbie x: a teen titans/gravity falls crossover that will complement northwest of weird in a way i can't reveal yet (either because i haven't written it or because i want to keep it a "secret") Absolutely happening! But I will incorporate it into the actual story, since I don't want to confuse people. and maybe stories revolving around bionicle, adventure time, gravity falls, and young justice (and not necessarily in that order)??? i dunno i'm a total ideas man but i can never nurse any of those ideas into fruition Yeah, yeah... keep talkin', wise guy. |
