I live in a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia. There are over 6 million people in the city and surrounding suburbs and we keep growing by leaps and bounds. It's a great place to live! I work for two attorneys at a large Atlanta law firm and enjoy my job.

I started watching Stargate when it first came on because I've always been a HUGE fan of RDA since his MacGyver days.

In August of 2010 I attended the MEET THE MAN event in Vancouver, BC, and met Rick in person!!! It was one of the highlights of my life. One side note of something that happened while I was there. After the first Q&A session where we got to see Rick for the first time, the group took a break. I needed to get something from my hotel room, so I got on the elevator and who should get on with me but Rick! The elevator was full but he stood sideways right in front of me so I had the opportunity to stare at him. I started thinking, "I wish this elevator would get stuck so I can stare at him a very long time!" Needless to say, that didn't happen but that very short elevator ride was a memory I will always treasure.

When I had my picture taken with him, we chatted for a few minutes and I told him I was from Atlanta, where he had filmed "Past the Bleachers." He said Wylie had watched that movie just a few days before he came for the event. Rick was very friendly and so very handsome! When it came time to have him autograph a picture for me, I said something to him that made both of us blush. I just blurted it out without thinking before I spoke, which isn't like me at all. I won't tell you what I said, that will always be between just Rick and me. Not that he would remember it ever happening but I certainly will!

I love reading and writing Stargate SG-1 fanfiction and I very much appreciate everyone who takes the time to let me know they enjoy my stories. As long as new story ideas keep coming, I will keep writing.
