![]() Author has written 24 stories for Storm Hawks, Gears of War, Xiaolin Showdown, Samurai Champloo, Dungeons and Dragons, Mass Effect, and Niels. Hey there! I'm Screennameless, because when I was twelve and discovered and still believed that it was wrong to lie about my age to make online accounts, I thought it was witty to sign my anonymous reviews this way. Then a few authors realized I was the same reviewer every time, so they began to interact with me as they would with someone who actually had an account, and I thought, "I'll have to use Screennameless as my account name so people know it's still me!" So I did. I'm known for grammatically strong writing that showcases my devotion to original flavor and series canon, particularly with regards to character personalities. I am exceptionally proud of this. I'm also known for writing loads of good stuff in a burst of creative inspiration, then getting writer's block, burning out, and disappearing for months. I am not exceptionally proud of this. If you decide you've had enough during one of my vanishing acts, I completely understand. But know this: I am so, so grateful for your attention, your favorites, and your reviews. Despite my struggles, I love writing, and it still awes me that people care as much about my work as I do. So: let me know what you think and, as always, thanks for reading. My current projects are: About Face, my experiment in whether or not Kimiko can stay true to character in a Xiaolin Showdown Hurt/Comfort AU. It's a bit stuck due to some hardcore writer's block, but I'm not ready to give up yet. An untitled Riddler/Catwoman concept. I have the prologue written and not much else, but it does have some direction. The Slow Thaw, a Diablo III F!Wizard/Scoundrel fic (I know it's a bit crack-y, but I ship them so bad). For once, I've got the ending lined up. It's all the rest that I have to get together. Roads, a collection of Samurai Champloo one-shot requests. And, apparently, generating as many Niels & Gang 250x300 one-shots as I am capable of turning out. Got an idea for a short story that I should totally be writing? I love a good prompt, especially when it's from a real person instead of a generic list. And when I'm all out of inspiration, an idea from someone else can at least get me to slog forward a bit. So PM me your one-shot requests! |
