 Author has written 54 stories for Labyrinth, Peter Pan, StarTrek: The Original Series, Doctor Who, and Once Upon a Time. I've been in Fandom for what seems like forever. Hey at 63, it is forever. I'm an award winning costumer and a member of the Chicago Costumers Guild. I am a maker of Kilts and a very proud Scot. I play at the Bristol Ren-faire, and the HighLand Games. I've been making life a life long study. I'm an ordained minister in the Universal Church, I call my congregation the first church of Our Lady of the Loch. I'm a Celtic Practitioner, I've a background in Art and Design . I have made a study of Celtic lore. I Was a Bowie fan when some of you were not yet a twinkle in your daddy's eye. I enjoy writing, although most of what I like to write deals with magic in some way. Someone asked me why I write, what do I get out of it... well there are several answers. One, it keeps me sane. Two, it makes me happy. Three, it's therapy. I happen to be dyslexic, and at one time I was told I'd never be able to read well. Writing exercise that part of my brain. So sometimes I use the wrong word, or I misspell something or my grammar is off, but I keep trying. And the circle keeps a turning. Blessings on you and your house. |
