Author has written 4 stories for Merlin, and Harry Potter. Get ready, cause I'm a wordy girl who just rambles on and on! I really never know when to shut up, usually my parents, siblings, and/or friends have to tell me to shut up! I don't mind, people who know me, know I really need to be told whenn to stop talking. Without further ado: MY Likes! Major Merlin fan! He's my favorite goofball ever! Total Mergana shipper! I just love those two together. Colin Morgan and Katie McGrath just make such a cute couple, I'm upset they never did get together-in the show or otherwise. And Bradley James is just the best Arthur ever! I love him in Merlin, and I love him in Medici and Damien. Although, I only atched Damien for him, the show creeped me out a lot. I'm also a fan of Harry Potter. Not quite as big as Merlin. My favorite character's not Harry Potter, but Draco. He's my favorite character, I don't care what anyone says, he's not evil. He's also super cute, I love Tom Felton! But if I were to go and say my favorite actor, we'd be here all day, and I wouldn't acually have a complete list. Fred and George are just big fluffy ginger goofballs that would honestly be either my best friends, or my worst enemies with the pranking that ensues. There's this show, House of Anubis, that I used to love in middle scchool, and-since COVID-19 I've gotten back into it thanks to fanfiction! There's a few really good stories that I just have to give a shout out to: Bastet and Sheshat, Sky and Stars, and Sazzacubz13's series(two so far). I don't shout out Merlin and Harry Potter because, well lists aren't my thing, and there's just WAY too many great fics to shout out, though I do hope one day that the authors of: this time around, the druid's lament, the new old world and merlin the witch will update!!!!!! Those are just too good and can't be left unfinished. Disney is my favorite person! He was such an amazing man, he had the biggest imagination ever, I don't know what my childhood would have been like if not for his mives and shorts. I LOVE the classics like Bambi, and Pinocchio, and Snow White and Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella, and such. The 90s movies are great too: Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Mulan and Pocahontas. And let's not forget Brother Bear and Tarzan! Some of the other animated films are cute too, like Lady and the Tramp and Sword in the Stone. Laugh at me but I like the darker ones too, Black Cauldron, Sleepy Hollow, Hunchback of Notre Dame. Frollo is actually my favorite disney villain, he gives me the willy nillies like no one else has. I like some other shows, like NCIS, Bones, House, Psych, Monk, etc. Honestly Monk was just the funniest ever! And who would ever hate on Hugh Laurie as House!! I absolutely love that Brit, he's a GENIUS! WB shows were awesome too!! Like Vampire Diaries, Secret Circle (I know CW technically),Gilmore girls, Smallville, One Tree Hill, Pushing Daises, etc. If only I was old enough to watch them when they were still aired, but, thankfully, my parents didn't let me, said they were too grown up for me (I'm just happy my mom leet me watch Merlin.) And now that I've seen them, I completely agree, there's a lot of grown up stuff there. My kids won't watch anything like that till they're like 15-ish. I'll have the best time watching disney movies with them tho ;) I like novelas too. There's the argentine Cris Morena ones, which honestly can't be replaced, like Rebelde Way, Floricienta, Chiquititas, Casi Angeles. Re-runs seen on tv though, when they were aired I was into like house of mouse and that. And then the Colombian ones, like Betty la Fea, which is truly so funny!! And then the telemundo ones, like Zorro, La Espada y La Rosa, love christian meier as diego and marlene favela as esmeralda. And Marina, El fantasma de Elena and Aurora, princesa de hielo were kinda good too. As far as books go, I'm a total bibliophile! Currently into historical fiction- the last one I finished, Beneath a Scarlet Sky was so good! I really reccomend it! I'm actually considering doing a fic on it. That one, all the light we cannot see, The Book Thief, The Nightingale, and Sarah's key are my favorites of that genre that ive read. I absolutely ADORE Nicholas Sparks, the man seriously knows how to make us cry!! I can't pick a favorite, but one that I have read more than thrice is the guardian-because i actually own it- but it still gets me every time! And mystery/suspense is an amazing genre, won't really go there though, terrible at mysteries. I start the book, last three chapters until the person dies or whatever gets stolen, then I flip to the back to see who done it, cause i just can't wait. I ruin the book for myself, I know, but i still get surprised at the end, Don't ask me how. Fairy tales are a whole nother area! Love them all, Perrault, Grimm, Anderson, Afansyev, Villeneuve, i've read the originals, translated to english, and honestly, they're so diferent from Disney's version. Much less child-appropriate, but still really good. I remember i heard once that einstein said if you want your children smart, read them fairy-tales, if you want the smarter, read them more fairy-tales! Although, I wouldn't trade disneys movies for anything-okay maybe frozen, and princess and the frog, they just weren't very good. |
