![]() Author has written 20 stories for Kingdom Hearts, Missing series, Margrets Peterson Haddix, Lord of the Rings, How to Train Your Dragon, Once Upon a Time, Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir, Star Wars, Beauty and the Beast, Hobbit, Aladdin, Sherlock, Bible, Raya and the Last Dragon, Harry Potter, Doctor Strange, and Frozen. Hey, World! Okay, one day I'll compose something cool and or inspiring to put here. But nothing is striking me at the moment. Well, let's see. Some things about me. I am an unpublished author, although I have about half of my first novel critiqued and I have a fantasy book blog: Of Dragons, Fairies and Books. (Please come by and visit and/or come like my Facebook page for it. :-D) I now have an Instagram and Deviantart accounts under the same screen name. Starting slow, but welcome to come visit. Edit: Officially have a YouTube account. Still Aslan's Princess. Drop on by. I tend to rotate through fandoms. For example: I'll be super into How to Train Your Dragon, and then I'll lose interest for a bit and be really into Kingdom Hearts. Well, maybe "lose interest" is the wrong way to put it. I just need to take a break and then I'll eventually come back to it. It's partially because of this that I won't post anything that isn't finished. I also have a minor pet peeve about unfinished stories and do not wish to fall into that trap. Unfortunately most of my stories refuse to remain one-shots. But when able I will try to upload a story or chapter every one or two weeks. No promises, but I'll try. I'm not into guy/guy or girl/girl relationships unless they are platonic. Bro-ships are a lot cooler in my opinion. But I love a good boy/girl relationship of any kind. I will do my absolute best not to judge you on relationship or life choices. Even if I don't agree, I want to enjoy a friendship with you as a person. I will be tolerant in the sense of, I will respect you as a person and your life choices. When I share my beliefs and opinions, I am merely sharing my view. I am a Bible believing Christian. If you have any questions or would like to have a friendly talk, I will do my best to be available. If I don't immediately have an answer to a question, be assured that I will ask those who I trust to help me find the answers so I can give you the best answer possible. If anyone decides to follow me and/or one of my stories, please remember that I have a life beyond writing, which includes helping keep house, a part-time job (possibly soon to be full-time), family, and working on stories I hope to one day publish for profit. I welcome feedback, whether praise or constructive critique. Please, no flames. I would also like to hear ideas and theories, especially when it comes to my chapter stories. Even though they will all be complete and not subject to change, I would love to see how your wheels are turning. I have a variety of fandom interests. Dragons captured my interest in the early 2000's thanks to Bryan Davis's Dragons in Our Midst. Possibly one of the only reasons Hiccup and Toothless stood a chance of flying across my radar. A couple video games caught my eye: Kingdom Hearts, Legend of Zelda, and Pandora's Tower. Confession -- I would never play these because I doubt that I could handle the stress of battle (I freak out when I have to pull the fire alarm in a Nancy Drew Mystery game. The poor controller would be smashed into the wall before I ever got to a mini boss!). It is the stories that I enjoy about them and the cutscenes that I search for on Youtube. With the release of Big Hero 6 and Ladybug and Chat Noir, I have gotten a slight interest in superheroes. I'm not entirely sure how, but in one way or another I got tugged into the Avengers fandom. I am also a fairly new Tolkien fan -- books and film. I have read The Hobbit and watched The Lord of the Rings trilogy, working on reading the Lord of the Rings, recently got to watch the Hobbit trilogy, and own the Silmarilion. Ooo, and that leads into the next fandom . . . Sherlock. I blame the fact that the actors who played Bilbo and Smaug also play the leads in this modern retelling of Sherlock Holmes. I am already a minor fan of Doyle's characters, which may have helped a little in leading me to check out a few clips. Will I watch all episodes if given the chance? Apparently yes. Thanks to the encouragement of a new friend, GoodShipSherlollipop, I have officially watched all the episodes. Now, while I think it would be fun and exciting if they gave us more, I am content with what they have given us. (Oh! And go check out GoodShipSherlollipop's page. Link in my favorite authors tab. If you love Sherlolly, she is the author for you!) Well, I think that dusts over a good portion of what I can be interested in at any given time. ;-) Enjoy exploring my stories. |
