I am 19 years old and live life mainly in a day to day fashion since I work all the time. I have been reading fan fiction for years and I cringe when people make mistakes that are so so easy to fix like misspelling a main character's name or other important facts that are easy to look up to get the right spelling. Authors who start writing good stories and then just abandon them without telling their readers and removing the now useless file should be banned from posting. I hate reading a really good story and then I get to the last chapter and find that the story just stops. I prefer Harry Potter stories. I especially like slash stories. I rather dislike the young Weasleys apart from the twins. I actually DESPISE Ginny the little gold digger. I do not like Dumbledork or weak Harry. I believe that there is no way that a mere 17 year old could defeat a wizard with the experience of Voldemort without having some heavy duty magical power and education. I try to be open about het couples but since most girls were not significantly mentioned in the books, it is hard to picture Harry with one of them. Darker not necessarily evil stories are always a good read. I think that any story where Harry is not a mindless pawn like in cannon is already at a higher standing than the "fanfics" that follow cannon to a "T"
Hey a good series to read is "A Second Chance at Life" by Miranda Flairgold if you like an intelligent and slightly powerful Harry.

Re-post this if you believe homophobia is wrong. Please do your part to end it.
Straight Americans need... an education of the heart and soul. They must understand - to begin with - how it can feel to spend years denying your own deepest truths, to sit silently through classes, meals, and church services while people you love toss off remarks that brutalize your soul.
