85 percent of the time I am...(just say it)...an aggressive driver.
If the speed limit is 50 and there are two lanes for us to drive on...then by God stay in the slow lane! The left lane is for passing only! Please! I have shouted these things many times while driving on the road.
If you are turning, use your wonderfully inventive turn signal and do not use it 2 milliseconds before you turn! This one really gets me.
If you think I'm going too slow, do not tail me! I will tail you back when I let you pass! I don't know why I'm so childish as to endanger everyone on the highway because of this...but at least I admit it's a problem.
If you are close behind me, do not use your bright lights! It may help you but it does diddlysquat for me, and you're only hindering yourself because I will slow down and if on a country road, I will hog the road.
If you are an oncoming vehicle, dim your lights! Please! Please! Puh-lease! I try to avoid driving at night because of this, but when I must brave the dangerous world of night driving, I hate the brightlighters. Be warned. I will brightlight back and forget that 2 people brighlighting each other leaves both of us as blind drivers.
15 percent of the time...I am...a calm driver.
Nothing bothers me when I'm at my best. Pass me? Okay, have a good day. Bright light me? It's okay, I'll squint to make out the edge of the road. Turn without using a signal? Hey, I have breaks. Tail me? 'Kay, I take it you're in a hurry.

What's all this stuff about motivation? I say, if you need motivation, you probably need more than motivation. You probably need chemical intervention or brain surgery. Actually, if you ask me, this country could do with a little less motivation. The people who are causing all the trouble seem highly motivated to me-George Carlin
Following are from Chris Titus and his stand up-Norman Rockwell is Bleeding:
Normal people scare the living shit out of me...Look at every serial killer we ever caught...he was so normal!...So if you guys got a neighbor, always being real cool and always saying 'hi'...take him out.
Screwed up people are great 'cause screwed up people have been through some stuff. They know what can happen, they know the problems, 'cause if you've been through a lot of shit in your life, you know every time you see the shit just about to hit the fan...you step to the side of the fan. And all the normal people? Pppffffttt.
Quit being a wussy! Oh yeah, I heard that every day of my life. 'Quit being a wussy.'

From No Country for Old Men(Movie):
Anton Chigurh to Proprietor: You need to call it. I can't call it for you. It wouldn't be fair.
Chigurgh: Let me ask you something. If the rule you followed brought you to this, of what use was the rule?
Ellis: What you got ain't nothin' new. This country is hard on people. Hard and crazy. Got the devil in it, yet folks never seem to hold it to account.
Chigurgh to Carla: Yes. Things fall into place.
Carla: You don't have to do this.
I don't miss you anymore. I loved you while you were here, and it broke me when you left. I was a shattered collage of mistaken dreams and wrongful illusions. Time goes by and I eventually fall into a semblance of what was before. Time goes by, and I move on just a little farther away from you.
Nights go by where I don't think of you. Days go by where I don't think I hear your voice. Life keeps going in its circle, keeping me along. I finally find my footing when it all comes crumbling down. I can't miss what I don't remember. I can't hurt if I never met you. I can't cry if I never held you. Time goes by and I don't have to remind myself to breathe. Time goes by and I can walk on my own. I don't miss what I don't have. I don't break when I'm already broken. I don't fall away inside every time someone says your name.
Too much time between us, I can go one hour without looking back. It doesn't pain me like it used to, that makes it so much easier. But then it comes. The wave that crashes against me, knocking me to my knees, unfolding memories of you and me. It was better when I didn't remember you. It was so much better. I didn't hurt. You can't miss what you don't remember. But there you are, and it deepens the ache so much more. Just when I was healing, I remember every breath of who you were before you had to leave. I remember...and I grieve. Missing you more than ever before.
And a shout out to my friend Housefanforever08...who I haven't messaged in forever! But has some good House stories so check out her stuff.
