![]() Author has written 14 stories for Tokyo Mew Mew, Fullmetal Alchemist, Harry Potter, Chobits, Elfen Lied, Lion King, Black Lagoon, Highschool of the Dead, Zootopia, Norse Mythology, My Hero Academia/僕のヒーローアカデミア, and Kane and Lynch. Important Note for Future Writings I realize many of my readers, especially those that went to the trouble of following and favoriting me, are growing very tired of my lack of updating on my works. Trust me, you're not the only one. i go into the stories I write fully intending to finish them, especially if they're part of a series. The big issue that keeps getting in my way and ends up causing my frequency of posting chapters and new stories is personal life, especially in regards to jobs, college and finances. i've unfortunately needed to do some serious readjusting of my priorities in order to stay afloat. However, that does not by any means translate to me officially quitting this site. Writing is everything to me. i'm trying to become a published author and/or screenwriter for crying out loud; writing is in my blood. No, what I want to avoid from now on is only being able to post a single chapter for months at a time and leaving those of you that like my work, hanging. So, what I'm going to do from now on is plan an outline for any future stories I become inspired to write, or an entire series if need be to formulate a much larger narrative, and write those entire stories or entries and not put them out until they're entirely finished. That way you all get spared the unbearable waiting times and are given complete stories to enjoy while I am able to continue with both my life, and with putting my future stories on paper. hopefully this solution is satisfactory for you all. As for news regarding any of my existing works, i am planning to finish the third entry in my Zootopia series, I know how I want to end it, but it's filling everything leading up to that point, and making sure all the points I have planned connect, that's the hard part. It's my first time writing out an actual mystery story, so in that regard a little patience (or a lot in all your cases) is very much appreciated. UPDATE 03/27/20: So yeah, obviously real life has not been allowing me much time to finish or really follow up on any of my desired projects, both for reasons of work, education, and my own fragile emotional state. Obviously the world being on lockdown does not help. However, I realize it's at times like these that the escapism that writing grants me is the most important thing to hold onto, and I have only developed more ideas for stories and properties I want to try my hand at. I'll try to sum them up as best I can here so you all have an idea what to expect from me in (hopefully) the near future. And for those that have been trying to stay patient with me through everything, yes, I do still intend to one day finish the third entry in my Zootopia trilogy. i can't say when, because when I do, I end up proving myself a liar because of other things. just know that it has not and never will be abandoned. Anyway, here's some future project ideas I'm toying with right now. If the bare bones of their foundations sound similar, let it be known that I have always really loved fish out of water stories. My Hero Academia: Son of Justice My attempt at a My Hero Academia story. I've really been wanting to get into this series for a while, but just haven't found the time. but now, I'm making time for it. Plot synopsis: The son of the once-greatest hero in The Soviet Union has struggled with the direction he wishes to take his life with the development of his own Quirk, due to a terrible cataclysmic event nearly crippling his homeland, all but wiping out all Russian superheroes, and leaving the new government and common people resentful of what heroes are left, blaming them for the destruction and suffering. However, a surprise invitation to his father from The Symbol of Peace, All Might, may open this wayward soul to a whole new look on life as he learns to hone and accept his Quirk, the responsibility that comes with it, and learn to finally open himself to making friends, and perhaps even finding someone who could be something more. This is in part a slightly altered retelling of the manga story line, but with original story arcs interjected throughout in order to focus on the goings on of OC characters while major established story arcs would carry on as they originally did. I have a deep respect for this franchise, and I want to try and respect the canon continuity as much as possible, while still being able to put my own spin on things to keep it fresh. Lost Eden A collaborative effort between my writing partner Marius Voinescu and myself. This is our attempt at paying homage to all the great epic fantasy stories of modern time, wherein we intertwine three seemingly disparate stories that transcend the lines between rich and poor, life and death, while infusing sparse elements of Roman and Norse mythologies with an epic fantasy twist. This is a work in progress version of a story we're aiming to publish, but we will be uploading an early draft in order to get a feel for how audiences may feel about it. |
