About Me:
Who: Rebecca Fine
What: Fanfiction writer, occasional amateur poet, e-book lover, openly secular, good without gods, lover of cats & dogs & rabbits & ferrets & all things cute
Where: Massachusetts, US
When: I'm 33 years old, although I still feel like a teenager in many ways.
Why: Because it's therapy, and it's fun, relaxing and a part of who I am. I've been making up stories and writing them out since I was five or six years old, and I'm not going to stop now... or EVER. :D
The Meaning of Life
A short poem by Rebecca Ripple
If life were always happy, easy, safe and fun, it would be worth nothing in the
end. No one would want to read or listen to a story about someone
who never experienced sorrow, uncertainty, fear or anger.
Everyone has a story. Life's true meaning is to
make every chapter of your story as
compelling as you possibly can
in the brief yet fertile
time that you
have.

And no, I won't see your email address on the "From" line.
Not that I'd ever SPAM you if I did... but I just thought I should say that, just in case anyone's worried about such things.

Please proceed further down this page to read - and hopefully enjoy - my stories. If you want to, I'd be grateful if you'd leave a review or two as well.
Oops! I almost forgot!
I've been thinking of sharing a very old, off-site fanfiction of Disney's The Lion King II: Simba's Pride, titled Pride.
Fair warning: I wrote it when I was about fourteen years old, and it's only in script/screenplay form. I cringe every time I try to re-read it. However, a few of my friends have told me they really like it, so I've decided to share it with you. Here's a link to it, in case you're curious. You've been warned, though. ;)
