Rhapsidiast is the type of person you'd probably label as an idiotic nerd.

Rhapsidiast is twenty, multilingual, Asian, and is currently majoring in English. She likes to dabble her hands in anything and everything and takes interest in all there is to know about the world.

Rhapsidiast is a sucker for tragedies, drama, angst and romance. She loves writing friendship stories, light romance, drama, hurt/comfort and occasionally action. Her greatest fear is OOC characters. Her greatest love is writing one-shots.

Rhapsidiast tends to migrate from one fandom to another. When she obsessed with one, however, you will probably see her name everywhere with her new fics. She writes fanfiction better than her own work of fiction. At times, she even likes her fanfiction more than her original fiction. She writes for herself, but she absolutely loves hearing from her readers and thus kindly asks you to leave a review behind if you read her work - she almost always replies to the reviews left behind. She loves writing author's notes and wonders if her readers read them at all. She also loves suggestions to her fics, as she would tend to incorporate the stuff her reviewers like to see in her stories, and thus, the fics turn out a heck of a lot better than they were planned to be.

Current Fics

Phoenix Flame: A time-travel Final Fantasy VII fic. Genesis Rhapsodos and Cloud Strife are sent to the past in order to save the planet, and save themselves. Meanwhile, there is a third identity also sent to the past, but the person's identity is currently unknown. Plot-centered. First priority fic. Now beta-ed by ScribeOfRED. :D

Genetic Engineering Nano Entity GENESIS: A story focusing on the lives of Ulen and Via Hibiki as well as on the friendship between Patrick Zala and Siegel Clyne before the war. A story on how, under the most unlikely circumstances, their fates were entwined, their paths crossing in different ways, and how they had played their hands to the beginning of war. Second priority fic.

Kira's Freedom: A one-shot series focusing on Kira Yamato after Gundam SEED, eventually going into Gundam SEED Destiny. If any of you wonder why he was gazing into the ocean at the start of GSD, then this is my take on what had happened between the two series. Canon, mainly Kira/Lacus.

Future Fic Ideas

Athrun's Justice (title pending): A one-shot canonic series, starting from the time Athrun was stuck on the small island with Cagalli, up until post-GSD. A series of short stories focusing on Athrun and Cagalli as they go through their lives and try to find a way for their love to blossom. AsuCaga fic.

Torii: Athrun and Kira met when they were four. Nine years later, they parted, with nothing but a green, mechanical bird to symbolise their friendship. Three years later, they met again on the battlefield. When Athrun thought he had killed Kira with the Aegis, why did he cry so terribly? Why did Kira tell Lacus that he was supposed to fight Athrun and then die? What was their friendship really like those nine years before Torii that had hurt them so terribly? Inspired by the two audio drama clips in Suits Volume I and II. Kira/Athrun friendship fic, starting from the time they first met up until the moment when they meet again, and Athrun turned and fled. Will contain some Athrun/Lacus as well eventually.
