I've been a reader of this site for years and I've seen what authors can teally do when they commit to ther work. My favourite about fanfiction is the idea of 'the crossover'. Something that is so rarely used in mainstream fiction is found in abundance on websites like these. The fictional worlds of Heroes, villains, ninjas, pirates, wizards, gods, kings, mutants, monsters, aliens and robots meeting in a variety of ways in numerous fanfics has shown me theres no limit to the imagination of a writer.
