Hi, it's 2017 and I'm getting into another fandom again. Funny how the urge to write can go away for a long time, and then come back strong enough to bowl you over (or at least keep you up late at night...)

Forgive me for using my profile as a way to wax lyrical, but it's so weird to think that I joined this site at the end of 2001, meaning I just hit my 15 year anniversary a few months ago. Time flies. I still remember writing really, really bad Yu-gi-oh, Shaman King and Gundam Wing fanfiction, way back in the day. ("But Cait," I hear you saying. "There IS no Shaman King or Gundam Wing fanfic on your account!" Right you are, observant one. Trust me. It's better this way.).

So, back in November, 2001... I was 12 years old, at the end of my last year of elementary school, obsessed with Japan, anime and manga. Now I'm 27 years old, married, living in Japan, and don't watch anime or read manga at all (except Yu-Gi-Oh... Yu-Gi-Oh is always the exception). Go figure.

I work in a French restaurant, love running long distance, cooking and I'm currently obsessed with the new Pixelberry smartphone game "Choices"... which somehow reignited my love of their game Hollywood U. And of course, there's Yu-Gi-Oh... but then, there probably always will be.
