Author has written 24 stories for General Hospital, StarTrek: Enterprise, Torchwood, Doctor Who, One Life To Live, Once Upon a Time, Star Wars, Avengers, NCIS, and Agent Carter.
Sci-fi/fantasy and Soap Opera Fan. Major fandoms: Downton Abbey, Once Upon a Time all the Star Treks, Doctor Who/Torchwood, Star Wars, the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The plot bunnies sadly don't stay in one place for long.
My current writing distractions are:
A Death in the Night. Inspired by Agent Carter's (presumed) last season and Captain America: Civil Wars, it takes a us back to the critical decisions that were made by Peggy and SHIELD in the wake of Howard Stark's death on December 16th, 1991. And how those decisions echoed over the course of twenty-five years, ending in Siberia. I want to wrap a lot of the Marvel universe into the story, so you'll see a lot of faces you'll recognize from all corners.
A Helpful Hand From an Old Friend. Okay, this one hasn't been put up here yet, but I'm getting to it. I was intrigued by Coulson's comment about the number of hands he'd already been through in the third season premiere. That, plus the fact that it seems common knowledge that he's still alive but it hasn't been mentioned by any superheroes...well, another stampede of hopping and there you go. Plus, again, addressing little drops here and there in Agents of SHIELD referring back the the Avengers.
Once Upon a Time
The Truest Believers. My re-imagining of the show if Henry was the one needed to believe for the curse to be broken. I'm an unapologetic Swanfire fan so they are the primary focus, but I also think they missed out on a lot from killing off Neal, so there's going to be Rumbelle (also unapologetic fan) Charmings, Outlaw Queen (another stupid death at the writers' hands) and some bromantic Captain Thief (is that what you'd call Neal/Killian?)
Vulcan Dawn. Okay, this one has been stewing for a LONG time, and I do want to get back to it. I, for one, loved the fourth season of Enterprise and saw how they were finally tying it into the universe created by Gene Roddenberry, Rick Berman, et al. It deals with a good deal of the Vulcan-centric stories, especially some of the novels. But I diverge from a fan favorite cannon and tie the main characters to those of the 22nd Century Enterprise crew in particular.
Break the Rules, Pay the Price. Damn you, plot bunnies! Can't stay in one place. Now I have Ziva David, Very Special Agent Tony DiNozzo and the rest of the gang running around, with guest stars to boot. Newest is "Break the Rules, Pay the Price." And if anyone knows NCIS, they know exactly the rule I'm talking about. The good news is, the lil' critters were so numerous this past weekend, I got loads to post. Am planning on publishing one a day, but subject to change. Right now, just riding the wave.
All Before His Eyes. Eli learns the whole, painful truth about Ari and his demise. It sends his off searching for where it all went wrong and Ziva off to find a new path in the world.
Journeys Home. My favorite season ending storyline was Ziva back with Mossad, her mission in North Africa and her rescue by NCIS. It added so many layers to her and the rest of them, but there were some scenes that were missing, through "Good Cop, Bad Cop." Consider this story filling in these holes. (In progress, planned updates on Sundays)
Unlikely Conspirators. Of the many goldmines the show dried up was Eli David. An SOB? Maybe. But what if he had been alive when Ziva was pregnant? On the other hand, I am happy that DiNozzo Senior is still popping up. What if he had been around at that time as well? Can you just see the two men collaborating on bringing their stubborn offspring to their senses? No? Well, here's a peek into my brain seeing it. (In progress, planned updates on Thursdays
The Forward into the Light series. Three part, post ROTJ (Reunited in the Force) and TFA (The Ghosts and The Legacy). Written within the last few years, I wanted to show the source of Vader's conflicts during ESB and ROTJ, that Padme's dying breath had been more than a belief, that she vowed to bring Anakin back herself. Then, after watching TFA, other plot bunnies formed, seeing Han and Leia coping with the actions of Kylo Ren. The belief in the good, the drawing out of the light in the son, it came from somewhere, the true inheritance from Anakin and Padme. In light of of the passing of Carrie Fisher, I may be adding one last story here, of Leia joining her parents and the love of her life in the oneness of the Force.
Memories Long Forgotten. Since ROTS, it has always fascinated me that R2-D2 seems to have remained the keeper of the story of the Skywalkers. A WIP, this tells how Luke and Leia reclaimed their heritage, as Artoo weaves an incredible story. It all makes sense now, expect to Threepio, of course.
I also have a load of reading distraction on my plate, hence the lag in writing. But I am going to try and put my nose to the grindstone and get to work on all of these. So please, drop me a comment. They feed the starving artist in me (and make me see I'm not as crazy in some of my fannon as I think I am!)
