Author has written 61 stories for NCIS, CSI: New York, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Castle, and NCIS: Los Angeles.
My name is Sacha, I'm from Australia and I turn 22 in May.
I started writing fanfiction when I was 13. I was in the NCIS fandom and started writing some of the worst stories you will find online. I made friends, so many friends, people reviewed, edited my work, gave me tips. Eight years later and I’m no longer prominent in the NCIS fandom and I’ve come and gone through CSI:NY. I am now a proud part of the Castle fandom and love the friends I’ve made there. But it all started with fanfic. Because of fanfic, I wrote my first novel in November 2011. Because of fanfic I realized that it was possible for me to reach 50,000 words in a mere month. Because of fanfic I started exploring my options when it came to careers instead of choosing the easy way. Because of fanfic I am currently studying creative writing and film and TV in a creative industries degree. Because of fanficc I am a better writer, a better reader, a better communicator. Because of fanfic I hope to one day publish a novel. Here at almost 22 years of age I still read fanfic and write when I’ve got the time. Writing is my time out. Writing is how I express myself. Writing is how I deal with the blows life brings. The characters I create are my constant friends and I love exploring them. Eight years ago, when I started writing that one story and uploaded it on fanfiction.net I never dreamed that I would one day find that I had my own stories to tell the world, my own characters to share. The sky's the limit. I owe it all to fanfiction and the amazing people involved in its communities.
MANY THE MILES UPDATE
I've decided not to add another part to the epilogue of Many the Miles. I tried to force it out for about a month and it was really stunting my writing in other areas because I felt that I couldn't work on anything else until I got it out of the way. At the same time I really like where I ended the epilogue so I'm going to leave it as it is. I'll be hopefully working on an sequel throughout the hiatus while I mill around New York. Thanks for taking the journey with me guys! You're the best.
My Ships: (OTPS for my main shows that I write for really)
CSI:NY: M&M (D/L)
I have a large collection of unfinished NCIS fics and some CSI:NY fics. I make no promises to finish them. I am leaving them up because I feel they are part of my history (no matter how horrible they are) and I like that I can see where I've come from. I started as a 13 year old who could barely write 500 words at a time and I've turned into this 20-something who's managed to pump out a 50,000 word NaNo novel along with some decently long fics.
In the mean time, feel free to add me on social media and chat sites:
And to finish off, a quote:
Writing fanfiction displays and allows our individuality, forming circumstances and situations to which we mould characters, even though not our own, we let our imagination free, setting forth from the bounderies built by origionalities. We explore new meanings, new emotions and new ways to make these characters shine. In each story we breath our own breath into each character, making a small part of them our own- Detective Caz, fanfiction.net
