um. hello. i'm a small dead thing and have never participated in this kind of thing before, so please forgive my awkwardness. i don't feel i'm much of a writer in the creative sense, but i figured this would be a good place to get feedback both negative and positive. i worry i may be too old for this kind of thing. ah well..

update of nov. 26, year of our lord 2008... i'm living and working full time in japan. its cold. i saw a snow monkey; he looked mad.

update of may 1st, year of our lord 2009... back in america, never eating rice again. its warm. no land in sight. provisions running low. crew becoming mutinous.

update of july 4th, year of our lord 2009... back in japan, still not resorting to rice. its humid. still no land. provisions gone. sided with the crew during the mutiny and have eaten the captain and his loyalists.

update of jan. date unknown, year of our lord 20-something or other...back in america. land sighted. natives are restless and hungry, refuse all attempts at trade. have rolled out the big cauldron. expect to be eaten any day now.

update of june. date unknown, year of our umm... there's a 3 in there somewhere, i'm sure. has to be some combination of 0-9. escaped the natives, been running through the jungle primeval for months. amassing an army of dire house-cats to regain my throne and restore the honor of my family name... that or this nice toasty cauldron bath is messing with my head.

Seriously, I started this a decade ago?! And I didn't even finish some stuff...dude...just dude. Wow. No. Yeah...I'm not letting this go yet. Imma finish up some crap.
