Author has written 60 stories for Harry Potter, Diana Wynne Jones, Card Captor Sakura, Tsubasa Chronicle, Partials, Dan Wells, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, and Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard. A note to recent guest reviewers (RavenclawBoruch and Ajay)—I got your comments, but haven't been able to go to the forum to write a detailed reply because I'm swamped with work once the uni term started. But thank you so much—your reviews did make me smile, and I'll get to more detailed replies in a forum thread eventually. Short answer though: yes, I am in Colchester* Hi! I'm shiiki and you've found my fanfiction.net page. The stuff I post here is mostly what I hope readers here will enjoy. If you're interested in reading more, a full list of every fanfic I've ever posted is here. I can also be found on LiveJournal (shiikifics is where I archive my writing and recommendations for stories I've enjoyed); tumblr, and Ao3. UPDATE!! (AS OF 5 JAN 2020) Happy New Year! This page probably needs a revision because my focus and priorities have changed quite a bit. For the last two NaNoWriMos, I finally ventured into the realm of original fiction, and though they are awful drafts (including one that I can't seem to end off), I think they deserve some attention to see how they could flourish. Because of some significant life changes in the past year, I'm online a lot less now and take longer to respond that I previously have, but I do love to engage with my readers, find out what they liked or what they didn't, and constructive criticism is always appreciated! To me, sharing fic is like starting a conversation ... don't leave me hanging, okay? I want to know your views on the characters in our beloved fandoms as well! So don't be shy about leaving a comment. I try to respond, even to anonymous reviews via my discussion forum. If you want to discuss plot ideas, talk about characters, writing, fiction, or anything at all, send me a PM, or come find me at my blogs (shiiki or dotshiiki)--you don't have to have an account to talk to me on either of those, so you can always keep your anonymity if you like. And if any readers who've followed DoW should be inspired to take Annabeth's story forward, I would be most pleased. If you would like to speak to me about doing such a project, I would be happy to advise and share my experience of doing DoW, and help where I can. (But please do so in a medium where I can realistically give a response!) Thank you, and enjoy reading! |
