Author has written 9 stories for Naruto, Kite Runner, and Star Wars.
Why hello there!
Thanks for coming to check out my profile :)
A bit about me:
I have an undergrad in English Literature. My favourite animes are Fullmetal Alchemist, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Angel Beats, Gin Tama. To be honest, I'm really not a fan of Naruto anymore even though Naruto fanfiction is pretty much the only fanfiction that I write. Honestly, once a character is dead, they need to remain dead so readers/viewers can morn them. I don't like this resurrection-jutsu-let's-bring-everyone-back-for-round-two-won't-that-be-cool crap that the series seems to be made of these days. But I will happily take pre-established characters who I don't think get enough screen time (Kakashi) or pathetic characters who have the potential to be so much more (Sakura) and play with them. End rant. (edit: I NOW READ STAR WARS FANFICTION. REYLO4EVER!)
A bit about my writing:
I've been reading fanfiction for about ten years now. Unfortunately I ran out of stories to read, so I've had to start writing my own and man, oh man do I regret getting frustrated at my favourite authors because of how long it takes them to update. Seriously people, if you think authors take too long to write, try writing yourself. Anyway, I'm using fanfiction to practice writing between my own writing projects and to keep from being bored. Plus it's fun. I don't do cliche love triangles, I don't do pointless angst, and if I ever, ever turn Kakashi into some kind of pervy man whore, please track me down and shoot me.
I am obsessed with Reylo. I am obsessed with fairy tales. I am obsessed with retellings of fairy tales. A work in progress.
My goal for this story is to explore relationships. Particularly Sakura and Kakashi’s. I really only use fanfiction to practise writing (and of course, to procrastinate on school work) so although I will do my best to keep an interesting plot going, the ultimate purpose of this story is for me to practise character development and creating three-dimensional, “real” characters. Therefore, there will be no cliché love triangles or massive, angsty problems that impede Kakashi and Sakura’s relationship. And yes, there will eventually be romance (my definition of romance, which is probably a bit different than the general public's…) And what is my definition of romance? Well, I suppose you will just have to wait, read and find out.
This is what comes into my head when I wake up at ungodly hours of the morning. I offer no excuses.
On Beehives and Headaches:
I found this on a forgotten memory stick, liked it, finished it, and decided to post it. Another small idea.
Wasabi or Ginger:
This is really just an experiment in dialogue. Obviously there is quite a bit of it, but I think it turned out as a success. I might expand it into a longer story - we will see.
