Just a note that my Stargate SG1 stories are centered around the Sam and Jack ship. I try to write in accord with the show's canon, at least to the point where official canon ends, but I firmly believe that as of the end of S8 Threads, Sam and Jack are together, and my work reflects this.

UPDATE: Worth mentioning that the Fandamonium Stargate novels, which are reviewed and sanctioned by MGM, do accept the premise that Sam and Jack are together. For now, that's about as official as it can get!

And for anyone who reads my Star Trek: The Next Generation novel, I wrote this because I couldn't stand the idea of Picard and Beverly separated at the end of Nemesis and wanted to put everything right in their universe. As noted, I tried to tie it to the canon of the television show and the subsequent movies and not the extended universe of the published novels, although I did incorporate some of those events into the story. Thankfully, TPTB have finally resolved this ship on their own and it is now canon. It's about time.
