Author has written 48 stories for CSI: Miami, and NCIS.
Gosh, I really never realized that I never wrote my profile until today! Okay, I obviously love CSI:Miami since I've written about 20 stories for it.
Besides CSI:Miami, I love the other two CSI shows, NCIS, House, Criminal Minds, The Mentalist and Eleveth Hour. I am an Elizabethan History enthusiast, bobbin lace maker, general needlewoman, seamstress, amateur actress and, obviously, fan fic writer.
In the summer I work for the Bristol Renaissance Faire as an environmental actress protraying an historical persona. This is for fun...ignoring the mosquitoes and wasps is just work. But the giant game of "Let's Pretend" is a blast! See my Joust Murder to get a full picture of that.
Professionally I work for a major metropolitan school system in the United States as a Special Education paraedcator. I started out specializing in autistic children and have now broadened my scope to include any child with a verbal communication difficulty, yet I am not a Speech Pathologist. My late Principal (may she rest in peace) once called me "The Child Whisperer". Not so much, as far as I'm concerned, but I have an unusual success rate that I am very proud of. I love my job. I am also an avid advocate for Autism Research. I annually participate in the Autism Speaks http:///faf/home/default.asp?ievent=288794&lis=1&kntae288794=E5B5D088CF19484CAF893769D833EF02 charity walk. Autism is big part of my life. My best friend is autistic and, while she's not everyone's cup of tea, she's a wonderful, talented and giving person.
