To be honest, I'm sorta embarrassed to come back to this account after so long away. Not the least of which is because of my seriously goofy username. In my defense, I was like 11 when I signed up for this place; I was 12 when I first posted a story here. To think that I got so much attention for my work blows my mind today, especially when I look back now and see how utterly trash I was at actually writing coherently. Thanks to all of you who put up with my bullshit.

I'm back to fulfill my old promise. I TOLD Y'ALL THE WILL OF D WAS NOT DEAD. Of course, now that I look at it I'm just as embarrassed there, too. So before I continue on with chapter 32 (which is currently like 3/4's finished right now) I'm rewriting every single chapter of The Will of D and replacing the old chapters. There will be new content, I won't lie; Oda's added nearly a decade of canon that hadn't even been written while I quit emotionally collapsed put my life back together took a break, so I want to address it all. There will also be better character writing (I hope); there will also be better dialog (I hope); and there will be more cohesive scenarios than the ones I wrote when I was a kid flying by the seat of my pants. I'm planning this all out now in advance, instead of just brain-dumping onto a page and seeing if I can paint pretty pictures with words. I hope, when I'm done and you all notice what I've done when I post Chapter 32 (because I don't expect any of you wonderful people to notice anything that I'm doing until you get an update email in your inbox, and I'm fine with that) that you like the new and improved version.

Lmao, I knew I'd hit some kind of roadblock eventually. Figured I should let you guys know somehow why my schedule fell off. It was pretty much a double-whammy of getting a new, real, actual grown-up job that doesn't involve manual labor, and finding a brand new gaming addiction. It's called Warframe, and the best way that I can describe it is thus: a Co-op game where Magic Robot Space Ninjas fight Space Clone Nazis, Space Robot Robber Barons, and Space Cancer Monsters.
