Hello, ya'll.
I have chosen to take a step back and delete my old stories. Including some that were unfinished, like Possess Me. Dick move, I know.
I feel bad about this, mostly because I made such a big deal out of it: I kept saying I was definitely gonna make a come-back and definitely finish those stories one day.
My deepest apologies to anyone who may have been waiting patiently for me to update.
It's been years, so I imagine there's not a whole lot of you - but perhaps there's one or two out there, still hoping for an update. I'm sorry, I really am.

It seems I outgrew my own work. I guess that's bound to happen when you start publishing fics at age 16 and then you wake up one day and realize you're a 30-something year old who can't remember where on earth I was going with any of it. Believe me, I've made attempts.
But it's not just an issue of remembering what I was going to do with these stories - it's a matter of reading fics that I wrote when I was half my current age and coming to terms with the fact that... I no longer like my old work.

In particular, Possess Me has been hanging over my head for the last decade like a menacing shadow. A weight on my shoulders. Because I promised I'd finish it and I like to think of myself as somone who keeps her promises - but I've come to the realization that it's just not going to happen.

I would have ended it on a happy note, for sure. I've never been one for sad endings. Make of that what you will. Come up with your own perfect endings, you totally have my blessing. And again, I'm sorry about this.
