Ello to the writers, the readers, the odd person in the back plotting world domination, and everyone else in between. I will say now I'm not much of a writer, I am more of a reader. As my brother will tell you, fanfiction is my new obession along with Harry Potter, Doctor Who, and such. My friend corrupted me when she gave me my first taste of slash, now I read that more than anything else. I read basicly Harry Potter, some anime, Doctor Who, Torchwood, and anything that catches my attention or whatever my mood is (which changes alot let me tell you!). So yeah, thats all I can say at this minute...until next time, Cheers!

It Came From Boredom
Unaware of anyone sat an used piece of chewed gum, let's call him Gummy. Gummy had a good life. Not long ago he was with his family until one day he was selected. The selection happen once everyday, but this was a surprise selection. Whoever was selected got to go to the world beyond the packet and our Gummy was selected. HIs parents were proud. Gummy felt something grip him and started to lift him up. He was at first alarmed, but then he was thrilled and scared. "What was the world beyond like?" he thought, "Will I like it?"
When he went past the line, he was instantly blinded. "Ohh! The world beyond is so bright!" Then he felt hsi uniform/wrapper being pulled apart. "No, don't do that!" he exclaimed, but sadly it fell on deaf ears. There he was, our hero, nude in a strange, bright world. What will happen next, you'll ask?
Slowly Gummy felt himself being moved. He looked up and saw a black cave with white rocks. He was afraid. He didn't want to go in that cave, he wanted to go back home. His lower half was now inside, then slowly his upper half came into the cave. He was completely inside the cave.
It was damp and dark, it also smelled very bad. Then the ground moved him toward the white rocks. The top rocks went down and started the process again. He blacked out from the pain. When he woke up, he felt horrible like he was chewed and chewed. He then felt himself being spread out and air started to go inside him.
The cave open a little and he was back outside. "I must escape!" he thought, but he couldn't. Forever he went through this process being chewed and blown up until finally he was taken out. "I'm out, I'm out. Thank Goodness!" he screamed. Then he saw it. He saw...he saw...a white blocky thing. He was hurtled toward it, going faster and faster. Then he hit and has been stuck there ever since.
-I wrote this during workstudy at my community college. I had to hand out handbooks for 3 hours and I was completely bored. I don't really remember what made me write about a piece of gum. This was written in 2006 I think, so yeah.
Okay, I decided to put another thing that I wrote on here. It was written this year and it was actually for a class, American Lit. We were to emulate an author or story that we covered this year, I decided to do Edgar Allen Poe and to do the cat's point of view of The Black Cat. Enjoy!
The Cat’s View
He was a kind man, the man that took me in. He gave me a home, food, and care. I offered him companionship. His mate, the female was also kind, but I stayed with the man more than her. That was before, before he changed. The kind man turned into something I have never seen. He was not the same. He reeked of something. His behavior differed from before. He treated others differently. I chose to ignore it, kept by his side like always. That was until he turned against me.
He grabbed me from behind. I was startled, so I have justification for what I did. I did what any of my species would have, I attacked. He was not happy about that, but as I said I was justified for what I’d done. He grabbed me around the throat, I do not know what he was doing, but knew it was not good. He raised a sharp object and I felt a stabbing pain toward my eye. I yowled. I screamed. I lost my eye to my good friend.
After that I, of course, started to avoid him. I did not want to anger him or for him to cause me more pain. I was frightened for my life, but I did not run. I believe he noticed, of course, but he had not done anything just yet. Maybe he was returning to normal? Maybe I was getting my old friend back? It was not true; he was still the unrecognizable demon in human skin. And he went too far on that one morning.
I was minding my own business like usual, avoiding the man, and hoping that everything was just a nightmare. I had little pain in the place where my eye used to reside. I did not hear him coming until it was too late. He wrapped a rope about my neck, I tried to struggle, but it was futile. He wrapped the other end to a tree in the garden. This was to be where I died. I could see that the man was crying, maybe he was back? Would he let me go? No, no he did not. He just stood there, while I slowly died.
Usually when one dies, be it animals or humans, they go to either heaven or hell. I did not go to either. I was too filled with hate and the need for revenge to go on. I wanted that man, the one I adore to suffer like I suffered upon his hand. I found the perfect way too.
A house fire came about on the night of the day that he hanged me. I found it to be perfect. I could leave a message for him, only him. See if he understood or will just logic it away. The second part of my revenge would be to come back, but not as myself, not completely. I did not need him to suspect or to be suspicious. I came back the same size as before, but not completely black. No, I had a white stripe around my neck. If looked at the right way, it would take on the form of a noose. It should look quite familiar to my former master. I stalked. I waited until the opportune time to approach. It would seem that he was looking for something. Maybe he was looking for a cat. That would be perfect.
I approached him at one of his drinking places. I acted affectionate toward him. He seemed to inquire if I belonged to anyone, and when given a negative answer, he decided to take me home. This was too easy.
At his home I was as affectionate as can be. I followed him around. I rubbed against him. Let him pet and caress me. He was fine with this at the beginning, but I could see that he was turning again. I did not leave him even when it looked like he wanted me to. He continued to grow agitated, but he did not raise a hand against me.
That was until one day when he and his mate went down to the basement. I accompanied them, weaving my way around his legs. I accidentally made him almost trip down the stairs. He caught himself, which is a good thing for he could have died otherwise. He reached his limit with me, I pushed too far. He uplifted an ax; he was going to commit another murder upon my person. I did not do anything. I could not, but I did not have to for the female saved me. She grabbed the ax from him, but that came with a price. He hit her with the ax. He killed her. He did not seem too terribly upset with what he had done. He was just thinking, probably on what to do with the body. I did not wait around to see, I hid. I was watching, seeing if this would give me what I wanted. The revenge I wanted.
He decided to put the body in the cellar walls, in an old fireplace. He fixed it so no one could tell the difference. Now, from now on the events that I will give, come just from sounds that I could hear, for I found my revenge upon my once friend. It was days before anyone inquired about his female. I heard voices in the house other than the man. The voices came louder when they entered the cellar. The man was boastful about the condition of his walls; he rapped his cane upon where the female’s body was hidden. There I let out a frightening scream. I alerted the police, they found the body, and the man was taken away. I believe I frightened him when I looked into his eyes. I had hidden with the body, to get my revenge.
Around me the world goes on, leaving me stranded on an island on my own. Time stands still, my limbs sluggish. Movement to slow to catch up. Voice silent. No one to hear when it speaks. Ears deaf. Alone when surrounded. Tears fall, screams muffle with no one the wiser. All hidden, do not want to be a bother. Fear constant companion along with loneliness. Perfect mask of happiness. Who will crack it? Not today or tomorrow. Lonely girl in this big world. My name is...
