Your life is never as bad or dramatic as you may imagine it to be. If you take the time to sit on the side of the pool and admire its contents, versus drowning in them, it is possible that your perception will change for the better. There is always someone worse off than you. Count your blessings because they are always numerous. Take time each day to appreciate the world around us, it changes quickly and I'm always afraid it will pass me by.
"The earth laughs in flowers." E.E. Cummings.
Its found in many different forms, depths, and shades; none of which are exactly the same. And yet they all are here to make our hearts smile and allow us to bare our souls to others. I love my friends, family, and everyone in between.
I love to learn, which is probably why I enjoy reading so much. Every single thing in this world has something to teach us, it just depends on whether or not we're willing to listen.
“I learned what is obvious to a child. That life is simply a collection of little lives, each lived one day at a time. That each day should be spent finding beauty in flowers and poetry and talking to animals. That a day spent with dreaming and sunsets and refreshing breezes cannot be bettered.” Nicholas Sparks.
If you have any story ideas that you'd like to see written, I'm open to requests. :)
