Formerly an Air Corps pilot by the name of James Albrecht Mannock. After a crash, he was dug up and experimented upon by Kokonoe. Much of his skeletal structure is now comprised of various forms of weaponry. The accident seems to have rendered him incapable of speech and prone to seemingly random actions, but there may be more to him.
The head of the Mutsuki family. Is a politician who seeks a clean reputation with the people, while gathering as much power to himself as he can, often through underhanded methods. Theatrical and polite as a façade, he is always thinking of how to increase his own standing. Created before Kagura became prominent; had not expected the Mutsuki family to be relevant.
Tsubaki’s father, and the head of the Yayoi family. Under heavy scrutiny from the rest of the Duodecim due to Tsubaki’s actions. While he shares Tsubaki’s formality, he lacks her zeal for justice.
Tenshin (天心) Amanohokosaka
The long-lost son of Lord Tenjou. After the fall of Ikaruga, he disappeared from public sight for three years. He has only resurfaced to rally his people at Yabiko. Stoic, serious and aloof, he is about as far removed from fellow pupil Bang Shishigami as is possible. Created before Homura had been revealed.
