It was yet again that dreaded day of hearts and chocolate, flowering words of love and adoration and he was not in any way interested in being a part of the pompous display of empty headed buffoonery! At least...he thought he wasn't until he received a Valentine of his own.

Needing some hope and a little magical boost, the Ministry offered different incentives for couples to have magical children and revitalize the populace. After several failed attempts to find a Mr. Right Now at this point, Hermione decides to try a very popular product that the Weasley twins are selling. What she doesn't know is that her particular request has some very unexpected side effects.

This little one shot takes place in the parlor at Longbourne during the gentlemen's first visit after Lydia's wedding. It's my first ever fan fiction effort so comments welcome.

[HG/SS] AU/Crackfic: One morning, Severus Snape wakes up with a furry visitor snuggled under the quilt with him. As he pulls back the quilt, two glowing eyes lock with his, and everything is turned on its ear. As the rest of his visitor crawls out from under the covers, he realises he has a problem. There is a Nundu cub in his bed, and for some reason, she's bound to him.

The war continues. Captured by Death Eaters, Hermione and Snape must escape and find their way back to Hogwarts. On the way, they encounter the last thing they ever expected. SSHG. Post-DH. EWE.
