For my fandoms, I visit The Walking Dead, The Boondock Saints [1 and 2, Bleach, Naruto, Inuyasha, Glee, Vampire Hunter D, Resident Evil, Warcraft, Final Fantasy, Harry Potter, and many, many more. I have also been known to venture into the dangerous world of crossovers and have found many to be quite enjoyable while others are simply an excuse for smut.
I prefer not to disclose my age or gender, for they're things that most people don't really need to know such as the fanbrats most likely visiting the page. I will not share personal information with anyone that I report or concrit.
My review style can vary greatly depending on my mood that day as well as how people reply to me after receiving a review. I can be very harsh and unforgiving while some might be very nice and somewhat polite. If I believe a story to be crap, I will say so as I'm entitled to my opinion just like everyone else. I do, however, give legitimate constructive criticism as well as advice for stories, I won't just tell them that their story is good and be on my way.
As it my be difficult to believe, I do enjoy reading the stories on this site. I do not, however, enjoying reading the rulebreaking stories that has been poisoning it.
I do enjoy looking at people's OCs, or Original Characters. I like to help improve their characters and keep them out of the dreaded Mary Sue land, as it seems to be a place that no one can escape from. In such a case, kill it with fire.
Now, for rulebreaking stories, I will warn the author first and attempt to help them with their story and fix it before reporting them. If they respond with hostility and immaturity, they will receive in return sarcasm and condescending remarks in return. I do not appreciate people that claim to have an illness or attempt to guilt trip using suicide in the middle of an argument; I treat these kinds of individuals with the most unpleasantness.
I do not believe that rulebreakers are 'victims' of 'bullying and harassment'. They were given a chance to read and agree to the rules of the site, therefore meaning that they knew exactly what they did wrong, regardless of whether or not they claim otherwise.
If there is an unsigned review that is given by 'me', it is not from me. I always log in to review a story and I'm logged in for most of the day when I'm online so claiming you 'couldn't get me to reply' should really not be a problem. I reply to all PMs as soon as I can.
I've had several different pennames, but you, reader, can just call me Ryu.
There is no happiness without tears, no life without death. Beware! I am going to make you cry.
I love writing, although I don't always finish what I start. It's something that I need to work on. I've taken down one story to rewrite it, The Darkest Nights, I simply was not happy with it and the point of view used previously bothered me.
This city is afraid of me. I have seen its true face. The streets are extended gutters and the gutters are full of blood and when the drains finally scab over, all the vermin will drown. The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout "Save us!"... and I'll whisper "no."
You see, Doctor, God didn't kill that little girl. Fate didn't butcher her and destiny didn't feed her to those dogs. If God saw what any of us did that night he didn't seem to mind. From then on I knew... God doesn't make the world this way. We do.
For the fanbrats that believe rule breaking makes them look 'hardcore': Haters gonna... Probably bring up some valid points considering I am and ignorant little twat so far up my own behind that I blame my problems on everyone and if you criticize me you're automatically wrong.
