9-29-12 Update: PLEASE READ THIS!!!

Regarding recent reviews/questions about when things will be updated:

I have been having SEVERE headaches for the past couple of years. This summer, they increased a lot to the point I was having them continuously for weeks at a time. When I have them I literally cannot form sentences. I only have a partial diagnosis, and they do not respond well to medication. I still do not have a complete diagnosis on the other medical problems I've been experiencing. Most of my writing time is therefore being devoted to my original fiction. I will post the promised sequels to my fanfictions, and update the unfinished things like Force Heritage and Places Brothers Go, but I am holding off untilI can give them the attention they deserve. (Sorry!)

My collaborator on ONE PATH and LAND AND SKY is busy with her own job search and offline life, so I'm going to have to re-think my approach to those projects since we no longer have the time we did to spend days conferencing on them. I also no longer have a regular beta reader.

I appreciate that readers are interested in my stories. It means a lot to me. I promise to update when I can. Posting or PMing things like "Come on, update!" only make me feel like crap. They don't get the stories written any faster.

Author has written 97 stories for Star Wars, Chronicles of Narnia, Bionic Woman, Stargate: SG-1, Xena: Warrior Princess, and Misc. Movies.

I need to write like I need to breathe. I write what I love, be it in my own universes or those I've encountered elsewhere. These days the two major fandoms in which I write are Star Wars and Stargate: SG-1, although they are far from my only fandoms.

I tend to write epic fiction, and I have 4 major SG-1 series' which were written for challenge communties on LJ. I also have 4 major Star Wars AUs in various stages of completion.

I try to respond to every review whether positive or negative, so anonymous reviewers can find responses to their commentary in my notes posts. One-shots and poetry

I have quite a lot of one-shot style pieces in the SG fandom on the site now. Most of them are canon; some take place in my Rediscovered Hearts AU. The story summaries should give you adequate details. I also have a love affair with poetry. A few fandoms seem to inspire it more than others, but I've written poems for Stargate, Star Wars, Narnia, and Bionic Woman.

5-5-12: The migraine situation may be improving. I have some shortfic and drabbles to post. I'm sorry but I won't be going back to the epics just yet; it's not fair to start them and then leave people hanging, but I really want to come back to writing fanfic, at least a little.
