Above all else, I'm grateful to be alive. I've been the target of death threats from my ex-sister-in-law and her spouse. They're determined to see something bad happen to me. They've told several lies about me, trying to find someone who might believe them, hoping 'that person' will do their dirty work for them. Now they have recruited their uncle, who has been a bad apple his entire life, to do something to me. Hopefully, I will manage to thwart their attempts. Hi, my name is Chad Sheefel a.k.a. Guano Droppings. I find joy in crafting short stories. While Batman is a recurring character in my writing, I've also written stories that don't feature him. One thing I have to admit about my stories is that several of them are unfinished. I intend to continue all of them when I have more time. I decide which story to continue based on how my imagination is flowing that day, lol. Because of my landscaping/handyman business, I struggle to find time for writing. I typically have more free time in the winter, despite helping people with their taxes during the tax season. I am currently working on a story called "Spider-Bat: New Way Home." It is a crossover storyline that mostly involves Peter Parker and Bruce Wayne's upbringing, along with a lot of famous characters in between. With it being a DC/Marvel crossover, I have a lot of characters to choose from. I am also currently working on a more mature story called "The Sensational Urges of Spider-man." With great power cums great penetration. My mother, Robyn Sheefel, was the one who got me hooked on Batman comics. Watching reruns of the 1966 Batman with Adam West and Burt Ward also influenced me. Growing up, watching my mom draw comic book characters got me into drawing, and then writing about the characters I created. She was also passionate about writing poetry. Occasionally, she'd lend a hand with my Young Authors school project stories. One of my favorite stories that I have written is called "FEVER - CITY OF CROWS"... It is quite gritty. You will need to be wearing your big kid pants if you choose to read it. It has "some" factual history to it. In real life, I actually created a profile on-line by the name of James Fever. I then went out on a date with someone, met all her friends, all under the guise of someone I wasn't. I eventually confessed, and needless to say, it didn't work out between us lol. Though, the story I wrote is much more sinister than that of my actual life experience. Another one of my favorite stories that I've written is called "Top Gun: Phantoms." The story takes place after the events of Top Gun: Maverick. It always seems to get a good amount of views. Most of my stories progress quickly and involve a lot of action. One of the most favorite chapters that I've ever written was a chapter involving Jack the Ripper. "Chapter 2: Psycho Surgeon" of a storyline titled "Batman: Joker's Thirteen Ghosts." Another favorite chapter of mine is chapter 2 of "Batman: No Wayne Home." It is a sequel to the movie "Justice League/Zack Snyder Cut" About 27 years ago, I started making homemade movies. My family, friends, and I would create outfits and come up with stories just to pass the time. We submitted our films to our cable access channel. They would show them about 4 or 5 times each. It was exciting to see them on television. *Our first film was called ... "The Batman Chronicles: Shadow Stranger" (Shadow Stranger is an original character we created. You can read about him in "Katt Girl, Robin, & The Harley-Kidd") *Our Second film was called ... "The Batman Chronicles: Scream/Son of the Bat" (Bruce Wayne's son takes over the mantle of the Bat. He must then take on Ghost Face from the "Scream" movies.) *Our Third film was called ... "The Batman Chronicles: Shadows of a Long Halloween" (Batman takes on the infamous Michael Myers from the "Halloween" movies. I have also written a short story crossover on this site called "Batman vs Michael Myers: Michael's Final Kill") *Our Forth film was called ... "The Batman Chronicles: Scream Again" (This film was only partially made. So, we took all the films we had made so far, spliced them together, and made a Batmix film.) *Our Fifth film was called ... "The Landlord" (In a chilling turn of events, a tenant's new home becomes a nightmare as the very person who owns it stalks them.) *Our Sixth film was called ... "Frankenstein 2000" (It was a comedy. The title is pretty much self-explanatory ... lol) *Our Last film was called ... "Jokers Wild" (It retells the origin of the Joker. I got to play the Joker. YAY!) I collected comics from the age of 8yrs old - 19yrs old. I collected all the newest Batman and Spider-Man comics I could buy. It was a graphic novel called "Dark Knight Returns" that really propelled me wanting to collect more comics. Then again, when "Batman: Death in the Family" came out in 1988. And of course, "Batman '89" with Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson was a tremendous influence. My friend Jason and I are the same age. We have been friends off and on since 6th grade. We sat at the lunch table together with about 6 other avid comic book collectors. We all loved to draw and act out some of the comic book characters on the playground. Jason enjoyed collecting Hulk comic books. He was also a big fan of Batman and Spider-man. The very first story I ever wrote on Fanfiction.net, called "Katt Girl, Robin, & The Harley-Kidd" was actually inspired by a cellphone picture that my friend Jason had sent me. It was a picture that he took on Halloween of him and his daughter while trick-or-treating. He was wearing a Batman outfit and his daughter was dressed up as Harley Quinn. He was posing in a fighting stance and his daughter was posing as if she was about to hit him with a baseball bat. Shortly after that, the story hit me and then I started typing it. The story is about how Batman's daughters were sent from the future to stop Darkseid from destroying the planet. His daughters were sent back 20 years into the past, putting them in a time period before Bruce Wayne ever becomes Batman. My son Seth introduced me to google Docs, which allowed me to type it out all while Google Docs made suggestions for errors. Again, this was actually my first time creating a story on a format such as this. I was a novice at the time I wrote it and it shows...lol. Please click "follow" or "favorite" and don't be afraid to leave a "review." Plus, I am always open to some interesting suggestions. Thank you, Sincerely, Guano Droppings chadlawn @ yahoo . com |
