Good Morning, and in case I don't see you, good afternoon, good evening and goodnight!
One way to get the most out of life, is to look upon it as an adventure.
Hello all, I'm Moriyah, a twenty-four year old author wannabe who dabbles in a massive amount of things but is only mediocre at all of them.
Since I was 14 I've loved fanfiction, imagine, authors allowing you to write stories involving their characters and universes, how awesome! I'm attempting to become a better writer and hope to one day publish my own stories (even though all my ideas reside inside my head currently). I'm living in the state of Georgia now, I work twelve hours shifts, drink massive amounts of coffee (to make up for not drinking soda) faithfully write snail mail to my friend is Victoria, Australia (shout out to my Aussies!) and would rather walk in the woods to see a waterfall than go to New York (though seeing Hamilton would tempt me). It makes me so happy when people take time to leave feedback and constructive criticism, I know what time is worth and I thank you for spending some of it on me.
As Seen Through a Mirror: I wanted to experiment with writing multiple point of views without it being obnoxious, and I'm happy to say there have been no complaints so far. I'm very serious about keeping the characters true to their original selves. There is no sudden change of heart, if they hated each other in the books, they hate each other at the beginning of this story. I like slow, character development wrapped around an original plot and a multitude of surprises. There won't be any slash.
The Art of Forgetting: This is the first Severitis story I've written, it won Potions & Snitches Story Fest for 2015, and the sequel The Art of Forgiving won for 2016. Probably the most angsty story I've written. I'm contemplating a long sequel, making it a trilogy, would like to know people's thoughts.
