Author has written 27 stories for Sweeney Todd, Total Drama series, South Park, Bleach, Harry Potter, Back to the Future, American McGee's Alice, and Wreck-It Ralph. Hello. If you are currently reading this, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to view my profile and/or reading one of my stories. Note: Cherry Blossoms is on temporary hiatus until I finish my finals. It has NOT been abandoned. Thank you for your patience. Background Information: I joined Fanfiction.net to read stories and write them. I am a nineteen year old girl who attends university and writes in her spare time. I enjoy writing South Park couples since each character's personality is so easy to work with and they're usually a good starting point for when I'm planning other stories. The Total Drama series also applies for the very same reason. I like to be open minded with what I write and I don't usually have negative feelings toward any sort of romantic couple. Even if the couple is entirely random and completely implausible, I see it as a challenge and will more than likely try to overcome it. Midterms and examinations can get pretty tough and it's important to have an outlet for your stress hence why I write so much. I read books on a regular basis and while I'm always looking for a little more complex novels, Harry Potter will always stay close to my heart. Harry Potter was my first major book series which I began to read at the age of seven. I'd like to credit Harry Potter for my love of reading and writing. A Few Facts That You Should Know About Me: One thing you will never see me do in any of my fanfictions is write Out Of Character. I prefer to write within the boundaries of a fandom and even if there is no evidence supporting the couple, I will find the tinest of hints and exploit it to the best of my ability. I am fully capable of writing smut and I will do so in a tasteful manner if I feel it would fit within the context of the story. I do read Boy/Boy and Girl/Girl stories but I don't tend to read anything that's rated M. I like to read them simply because I feel the couple has some chemistry and I like to study the dynamics of each character. I am most certainly not homophobic and I truly believe that if two characters share a bond, that's good enough for me. When I do write Boy/Boy, it will more than likely be in the context of South Park since the character's personalities mesh well with each other and almost every pairing has some evidence within the context of the show. I am guilty of having an OC that is sometimes paired with an official character. I developed the OC when I was younger and I couldn't bring myself to get rid of her. I see her as a part of my childhood and I keep her close to my heart. Over the years, I have modified her to get rid of any Mary-Sue qualities she may have intially had and I tried to develop a well rounded character. You will not see me publish any stories about my OC. You will only see my OC through other stories done by other authors. I don't approve of supporting your own couple and I don't limit that canon character with my OC. I love reading reviews and each one is like a pat on the back. You don't know how much it means to me when I see a new review added to a story, it really brightens my day. If one of my one-shots gets one review, I consider it a job well done. If my one-shot gets ten reviews, I consider it a giant accomplishment. I'm open to any couple one-shot requests although I would rather do a Fanfiction Trade. For those who don't know, a Fanfic Trade is when two people write an one-shot (usually the same length) and submit it. Pairings that I Adore: Note: I don't hate any specific pairings, the ones listed below are the ones that I have taken a liking to. I am easily swayed by couples and don't be surprised if you see this list change. They are given in no particular order. I read OC stories as well and as long as the story's well written, I'll support any OC/canon. South Park: Stan/Kyle, Kyle/Kenny, Stan/Kenny, Stan/Wendy, Kenny/Wendy, Kenny/Bebe, Craig/Kenny, Damien/Kenny, Craig/Tweek, Craig/Clyde, Damien/Pip, Cartman/Damien, Christophe/Gregory Total Drama Series: Duncan/Courtney, Alejandro/Heather, Chris/Lindsay, Chris/Heather, Duncan/Heather, Tyler/Lindsay, Gwen/Trent, Cody/Sierra, Cody/Gwen, Harold/LeShawna, Bridgette/Geoff, Izzy/Owen, Noah/Courtney, Alejandro/Duncan, Trent/Duncan, Chris/Alejandro Harry Potter: Ron/Hermione, Harry/Draco, Draco/Ginny, Neville/Ginny, Harry/Hermione, Luna/Neville, Voldemort/Bellatrix Pirates of the Caribbean: Will/Elizabeth, Jack/Elizabeth, Jack/Will, Norrington/Elizabeth, Tia/Barbossa Portal: Chell/GLaDOS, Wheatley/GLaDOS, Evil!Wheatley/Chell, Cave/Caroline, Atlas/P-Body Above is just five out of many fandoms that I follow. It really depends on my mood. Story News: - Cherry Blossoms is multichaptered and is expected to run for 17 chapters or so. Note: The OC in the story does not belong to me. Sakura (c) XxLaBellaNottexX - Rusted from the Rain is currently on hiatus. Regarding My One-shot's ('If Only You Knew') Placement in the TDWT Timeline: In Total Drama Island, Heather mentions at the end of one of reward challenges that she was safe for 'three' more days which implies that the season is not filmed on a day to day basis. To further support this, Chris says himself that the contestants spend eight weeks on the island (adding up to about 56 days) when there are only 26 episodes which implies that the contestants had thirty days to themselves without challenges. My one-shot is using this logic within the Total Drama World Tour story line. Affter Noah's elimination in 'I See London', you are given no indication as to how much time passed between that scene and Courtney and Duncan's hallway scene. In my perspective, I figured Duncan would need some time to think about the sudden change in love object and I concluded that two days would be able to cover it. Taking into account that Chef would not be able to fly the plane for 48 hours straight, he'd have to make a stop in between tapings of the season. My one-shot takes place the night of Noah's elimination and ends on the same night. I then figured Duncan would have another full day to finalize his decision which would lead up to the scene with him and Courtney in the hallway. I figured these are realistic assumptions based on the characters and the context of the show. Essentially what I'm getting at is that between Noah's elimination and the Courtney/Duncan scene in which he flirts with Gwen with Courtney not realizing, I'm saying that 48 hours have passed. I know this may be a little difficult to get your head around since it occurs in the same episode but the fact of the matter is, most reality television shows are taped with periods of time in between each scene (sometimes re-shoots are necessesary, a certain actor had a fight with another etc.). The one-shot simply gives the reader an indication of Duncan's initial thoughts, not the entire thought process of him making the decision to ditch Courtney and go with Gwen. So the kissing scene with Duncan and Gwen would occur less than 48 hours after my one-shot. ~I hope that makes sense to everyone. I thank you ahead of time for reading my stories and reviewing. -Beyond the Horizon- |
