Call me sylvie. They/them. Genderfluid female/genderqueer. Asexual, greyromantic, queer, poly. Chronically ill (ADHD, depression, probably EDS). White, German/Polish. (I speak German and English fluently and Polish like someone who hasn’t much spoken any since they were seven.) Fannish. Atheist, ex-Pagan, ex-Roman Catholic. Ditched uni twice (physics/computer science, psychology), now aiming for an apprenticeship in librarianship. I have a lot of interests and a lot of hobbies and if it’s a creative/crafty thing I’ve probably tried it at some point or another.
I write a little, but very sporadically, and I seldom manage to finish anything. Mostly I just carry around dozens of unfinished stories with the (usually vain) hope that someday I’ll complete them. Most of what I write seems to end up focusing on queer characters in some form or another, whether this be slash or asexual or gender variant characters.
After attempting to write the epic “Dark Lords Ascending” (and getting bored of it far too quickly), I decided that I will only post stories that I’ve actually completed. I’d rather not let my readers (and myself) down again like that. (Predictably, I haven't written anything that comes anywhere close to DLA in terms of wordcount since.)
Primary: None at the moment.
Other Places to Find Me:
Check my website (sylvaine (dot) parakaproductions (dot) com) for other places I'm around (twitter, tumblr, etc.) or post stuff (fic, art, podfic, you name it).
Transformative works policy:
Basically: blanket permission for anything & everything - all I ask is that you link back to my work on your post & link me to it. (I have obsessive indexing tendencies, as you may have noticed, and I like to know where my work is going.) If you'd like more details, though, check out this post on my DW journal.
