Author has written 3 stories for Doctor Who.
Good day to you. As you can probably see (and if you can’t, I marvel that you’re able to read this), I’m CommaConcept. You can call me CC or Concept. Don’t call me Connie.
The concept of commas is rather fantastic, in that they enable you to natter on and on without pausing enough for a full stop (or a period, but nobody seems to use that term these days – I can see why). Sadly, a lot of writers abuse and misuse commas. For shame!
I used to be Romana-Reunion, for those of you that may vaguely remember me. I retreated to LiveJournal for a couple of years, but now, as you can see (again, if you can’t, I marvel that you’re able to read the rest of this), I am back. You can blame this on Orrien (Flinch-Hayward).
I’ve tried writing collaborative fics before, but they were mostly drabbles. I’m back to do something a little bit bigger, as Orrien has abandoned her delightful Thirteenth Doctor, and is kindly allowing me to write about him and his assistants now that she’s frolicked off to the Torchwood fandom instead.
She’s helping me with it, though – giving me useful information on both the series and her old fics. Some of it, I understand. Some of it, I don’t. Some of it, like the Blinovitch limitation effect, I don’t think I ever will (though Orrien did make several attempts to explain it).
The original Thirteenth Adventures are still available on her profile, but I’ve been told on pain of death that I’m not to tell you to read them. So this is me telling you not to read them. Go on, don’t read them.
