Author has written 3 stories for Gundam Wing/AC.
It has been more than a year since this was updated so I figure I ought to do it.
Things have been busy in the world of Jessy and her furry sidekick Catness. Not the kind of busy where things get done, but the kind where there are too many projects and not enough time. I'm currently making costumes for assorted cons, costumes for Steampunk Larps, Costumes for dark urban fantasy larps, teaching my FSIL to crochet, helping my FSIL with wedding things, Doing Something about the state of benevelent neglect that has fallen upon my home, recuperating after minor surgery, and attempting to grow vegetables. That is not counting my two jobs. Ah well.
Stuff you probably don't need or want to know about me:
My name is Jess, and I am a self-proclaimed fangirl. I live in the woods of New Jersey (yes there are trees in NJ) with The Cat With No Name (see photo), and my demonic laptop called Demetrius.
I blame Irishfae for getting me hooked on anime, Gundam Wing, yaoi, and fanfiction. She sat me down in her apartment and made me watch Utena. Then she sent me home with all of Gundam Wing. Two days of no sleep later and I was hooked. Then she sent me fanfiction. A bad influence indeed.
I've got very varied and sometime ecclectic tastes in anime. I enjoy things that go from fluffy and cute to dark, angsty, and bloody.
In addition to reading fanfic, watching anime, and paying homage to Her Catness, I also enjoy LARPing (steampunk, vampire, and dark urban fantasy), DDR, corsets, D&D, studying kanji, reading other things, maps, and mountains. I collect frog princes. I make glass beads, crochet, make overly ambitious costumes, and do assorted crafty things too. I have two jobs, both in the Tourism industry, which I love.
I'm more of a reader than a writer. I prefer the editing process to the actual writing process. Threats and bribes are required for me to actually put my many ideas into text format. I also have this bad habit of not finishing things. A very bad habit. At the moment there are at least nine unfinished things languishing in my google docs files. The things I actually manage to write and finish are due entirely to the prodding and support of Irishfae. Without her none of this would be possible. At this time, I have a nearly finished oneshot that I'm quite fond of, but there's just this one section near the end that refuses to be written... in fact it's been 'nearly finished' for almost two years. Probably never going to be. feh.
If you really want to talk at me, my aim is jessysheep. Though mostly I use G-chat. I'm also sylenc on twitter.
