Author has written 35 stories for Criminal Minds, House, M.D., Harry Potter, and Twilight.
So, you managed to stumble on my page ... let me tell you a little tale.
I can still remember the first site I read FanFiction on, and I'm sorry to say it wasn't this one. The first ship I read was Grissom/Sara, on a website that has now - sadly - been taken down. I fell in love with the idea of writing a story which involved the characters of the show/book of my choosing. So I did. Granted, my first FanFiction on here was bad, and has now been re-edited somewhat (still needs looking over again … whoops!) but I did it, I wrote FanFiction. Even though it's a fairly long time ago now, I can still remember the feeling of finishing my first chapter and getting my first review. And, as they say, the rest is history. Like any writer on here I've gone through my fair share of days where even thinking about writing hurts the brain, but, I have also gone through days where I can be on a writing frenzy, and drink way too much caffeine just so those days don't come to an end. Those are the days I live for; those are the days I love.
Feel free to leave me a PM if you want to chat, I promise I don't bite. :)
Completely Random Stuff:
I tend to find the little things amusing. I stumbled upon The Gender Genie. I entered some of my fiction into the little box and apparently, I write like a man ... o-kay then. But, I recommend checking it out and finding out what gender you write as. it's pretty amusing.
I love to read and write. Cliché, I know.
At the moment I'm reading about twenty different books.
When it rains, I sit by my window, and write, until it stops.
Some of my fiction on here is dark, and I'm afraid it's a case of don't like, don't read.
I've developed a taste for lemon and honey with warm water.
Music will always hold a little, special, place in my heart.
I love autumn.
I've adopted a new hobby, photography.
I have a love/hate relationship with the French language.
I take on more than I can handle.
I feel like I'm constantly stressed.
My favourite time of the day is very late at night when everything is silent.

“This sentence has five words. Here are five more words. Five-word sentences are fine. But several together become monotonous. Listen to what is happening. The writing is getting boring. The sound of it drones. It’s like a stuck record. The ear demands some variety. Now listen. I vary the sentence length, and I create music. Music. The writing sings. It has a pleasant rhythm, a lilt, a harmony. I use short sentences. And I use sentences of medium length. And sometimes, when I am certain the reader is rested, I will engage him with a sentence of considerable length, a sentence that burns with energy and builds with all the impetus of a crescendo, the roll of the drums, the crash of the cymbals—sounds that say listen to this, it is important.” - Gary Provost
