Author has written 17 stories for Holes, Star Wars, Bonanza, Ned's Declassified SSG, Wolf's Rain, and Teen Wolf.
July 6th 2015 - Alive and kicking, I added a new chapter to Another State of Mind, years in the making. I'm not making any promises about when new updates will come, but hopefully quicker than they have been.
Here's some random stuff about me: I'm a twenty something gal, and I happen to live in Oklahoma. I am also an Orthodox Jew and proud of it. Like a lot of other people on here, I like reading, writing and drawing. Umm.. what else? I am an award winning artist. I went to a school that offered art as an elective and got awarded a scholarship for my piece (to a teaching college that specializes in art education). That's the coolest thing that ever happened to me. My art piece was a comic about antisemitism called "Through Thick and Thin".
Anyway, enough about me.
If you came to my profile looking for a story and found I have deleted it, sorry! Some of them were just sitting there getting old and grey. They were stories that didn't work, because of a non-decent plot or characters, and since there was no way they could make it, I took them down.
Long Gone Stories-
The Treasure of Three- An Artemis Fowl fic about three dragons and their treasure. Discontinued because of faulty characters and a huge complicated plot line.
Six pointed Star- A Holes fic about a Jewish boy who gets sent to CGL. Discontinued because of lack of interest on my part.
Dig it Alf- Alf/Holes crossover, was actually ok, but no one had ever seen both of them (except me), so it was kind of a waste.
A New Hole- A Holes/Starwars fic -was actually pretty funny, and kind of good, but I got tired of writing it.
There was another Starwars story I took down as well, but I can't remember what I called it.
And another that, for the sake of keeping the peace, won't be mentioned. (Cough, Cough) Discontinued because I was tired of the flames.
Stories In Progress Now: AKA: Stuff I'm still working on:
Daddy Dearest: A Star Wars fic. in which Anakin finds a baby outside his door. It really NEEDS an update.
Night Life: My Wolf's Rain story about Tsume in the post paradise world. He can't remember who he is or that he's a wolf.
Ned's Declassified Fan Fiction Survival guide: Is a ndssg fic (duh!) where I write out FF tips in a story format. Every once in a while, I'll add a new chapter.
Just Acquaintances: My new Holes fic all about how Zigzag and Squid first came to CGL.
Another State of Mind: A Teen Wolf fic in which Derek and Stiles switch bodies.
Finished Stories: (Random observations on Fics I've completed)
The Framing of Magnet: This was my first fanfiction that I published on FF. Re-reading it brings back a lot of happy memories for me. It's basically about Magnet getting framed (bet you didn't guess that!) It will always be my first. I wouldn't go back and change anything about it, even though some people are a bit cardboard and there's hinting towards a Mary Sue. The incredible awesomeness of Batman Zigzag cannot be denied. Squid and Zigzag made that story.
If Only His Pocket Hadn't Started Barking: Oyish, and I mean Oyish. This is another Magnet story all about his past. How he got arrested, what his home life was like, etc. I had fun writing this one, but it's kind of painful for me to re-read. There wasn't much pulling for it. I still like it, though. I appreciate my whole shop lifting gang, and Grande Gato especially. I kind of wish I knew then what I know now about characterization and reading into the reasons why people tick.
Gilded Light of Green Lake: Fun fic! This one was all cannon and wonderful. I got to mess around with Zigzag and Squid again, and I kind of explored Squid as a character more. (He was creeping up in the Framing, and is almost the central character here) When I think back on Holes' fics, this one pops immediately to mind. It was also my only mystery/horror-isk story on here.
April First: LOL! Awesome story, if I do say so myself. Squid has now moved up to being the main character and it's told from his perspective. I loved writing this one, because I knew people were going to click on it thinking it was a mary-sue and when they got to then end, they were in for the shock of their lives! My only regret is that I didn't proof read it well enough it my haste to get it out. There were far too many typos, and it was meant to be written in the present tense, but I kept messing that up.
Seven Spanish Angels: What- EET! In a moment of insanity, I DID write a Girl at camp green lake story XD. It's a song fic- death fic thing that I don't even know why I bothered writing. Anyway, it only ever got one review, and I guess we all know why.
Man Slaughter: Weird fic. And yes I am now aware of the HUGE drug blunder I made. It's another case of 'wish I knew back then what I know now'. A lot more serious than my other Holes stories, this one talks about Zigzag's arrest for - you guessed it - man slaughter. Not my most stunning piece of work.
Spaghetti!: This was the Starwars story that started it all. One of the weirdest stories I ever wrote, but definitely a ton of fun. Anakin is the perfect narrator. This is another one that brings back happy memories of when I wrote it. Worth a read, sometimes I re-read it myself and laugh at jokes that I forgot I put in there.
Just Charge It!: Anakin again, this time going shopping with Padme. Amazing. I seemed to have hit the nail on the head with this one. So many jokes, sword fights, an evil twin... This story has it all. Definitely my master piece in the Starwars section.
Sitherwocky: Poems from Alice in wonderland mashed up with Starwars. What was I smoking!? My only poetry on here, and the first of my stories to ever be in a community.
Truths Behind Unexplained Adam Mess-ups: Well, this was certainly not my strongest story ever, and it's one of those wince inducing pieces. I'm not really that pleased with it. It was my first Bonanza story on fan fiction, though, so I have to give it some credit for that.
Slowly I turned: Another humor story, this one was based on a three stooges skit. It was fun to write and I am pleased with the end result. Worth the read, and especially good if you've already seen the a fore mentioned skit.
Angel of Death: Ah yes, my deep dark fic. Wow, I don't really know what made me write this one. The story sort of grew out of itself, which I think is one of its great strengths. I'm a planner by nature, but sometimes that kills the artistic creative side of things. By giving the story the reigns, I think we see something original and strong. Angel of Death has the most hits out of all my stories. People seem to be continuing to read it, but I haven't gotten any new reviews in years. I would really like to hear from whoever is reading it so avidly. (Also it would set my mind to rest that it wasn't being analyzed and plagiarized) All I can say to sum up this story is just Dark Adam, that I think says it all.
Rant on the World in General
I'm sorry you're in the state that you are now... I wish people had taken care of you sooner. With so much evil and sin in you, I'm afraid you've become a rather dark place to live in. Kind of like Gotham City in Batman cartoons. Too many shadows and black patches.
The only way to get you to the way you need to be is by kindling lights. Acts of compassion and kindness, that's what you need. Hopefully, if enough of normal everyday folks get together and start lighting candles, we can make you into a brighter, happier place to be.
There doesn't have to be wars and hate and shoving crap into other peoples' faces. NONE of that helps anyway.
People just need to wake up and realize that the world doesn't revolve around them. We all need to get off of our high horses, stop acting like we're too good to get our hands dirty, and just do something. We CAN stop the world from spinning into chaos, there's still time. Nothing's been set in stone.
So get on your work clothes and roll up your sleeves, because it's time to give,
