When Fire Lord Azulon ordered Iroh to adopt Zuko, it seemed like the magic wand that would fix everything that was wrong in Zuko's life. But life inevitably finds a way to blow up in Zuko's face. A loose retelling of the Avatar story featuring Fire Lord Iroh, angsty Azula, Zuko joining Team Avatar in first season, and a Mai who is definitely (not?) going to kill Zuko.

A reading story. I noticed the distinct lack of my hero academia reading/watching stories so I decided to write this. After season 2 and the movie is over I'll end this story. Sorry for those that enjoyed it up until now but that's my decision.
